My pain does not seem very well managed these days. Perhaps I need a different remedy. Better yet, I will search for a cure. In my research I have often read about the joys of singleness. What's that all about anyway? That sounds like another condition that, at best, can only be managed. I am tired and weary of managing my pain and I want to be set free now. I believe that I am on the last step of my treatment program and I am looking forward to being whole once again.

I am not feeling much pain today. In fact, I am feeling a little numb, as what in the world has happen to me numb. I believe that God can find a way to use my pain for His glory. It will be most glorious, that is for sure.

I burned the peach cobbler that was for dessert but I scrapped off the burnt parts. I will put a lot of extra creamy Cool Whip on top so that no one will know the difference. I feel no pain today and that is unusual. Perhaps there is something wrong with me?

I am not a drinking man anymore but I have this sudden urge to get wasted on Pina Colada's tonight. It may help bring the pain to a tolerable level. Of course, the last time I drank this beverage many years ago I woke up the next day in the back yard. It may rain tonight so I should probably keep an umbrella close by or at least a piece of cardboard. It is better to be safe than sorry.

It turns out that it was contagious. I recommend that the afflicted be placed in an isolation unit of some type for an extended period of time.

Let me check my schedule for Sunday. It turns out that I am free for the next 30 years. Not only will we be groovin' Baby, we be styling...no, it could not happen soon enough. We need to get away.
