Oooohhh, I've been to a Texas Roadhouse, their bread was awesome, especially with the cinnamon butter... it was like, amazing.

They actually sell the rolls. I found that out this weekend. I went to buy some for my kids(alright more for myself)
and instead of making me buy a dozen they gave them to me for free. I like free!!! That place is so busy though.
I was with a friend and we waited an hour and a half for a table. We just went browsing through stores. I have never
had a bad meal from there. Alright I am done rambling.:)

People think I am weird because... I am not all that fond of steak.

Don't get me wrong, I do like red meats, but I am not a steak person.

I agree MissCris... Chicken all the way!!

Steak equals yummy goodness. Rare to medium, garlic pepper, grilled or pan seared or BBQed, maybe some onions is very good. Very, very good. And you have to get the right cut of meat. If you buy a poorly cut piece of meat, it makes lousy steak.

Maybe that is the problem. All the steaks I have are so dry because I can't stand a steak that
isn't cooked all the way through.

That would be why. You can eat a steak rare, and it's perfectly healthy. Tar-Tar is a little much for me, but rare is wonderful. You may like steak a little rarer if you had a good cut.
