There is definitely a quality difference. I wouldn't even look at Lindt when it gets into cocoa percentages. Whatever they are doing, they did it wrong. Schogetten used to have a good 65% cocoa bar, but then they changed their recipe - the first ingredient now is sugar. :/

You know what I've recommended countless times, right? I don't have to say the brand name again, right?

Moser Roth? That dark chocolate is quite good. I still can't stand the ones above 80% though.
