I actually don't like oreos (too hard and dry) either unless they are mixed with cream cheese and made into oreo balls...then they're heavenly!

I get annoyed when the commercials call them America's favorite cookie...yeah right! That place belongs to homemade chocolate chips cookies! Sorry that's just the baker in me. ;)

Molly, is that a picture of an actual recipe that you've made?

If so, could you send it to me?

That looks like THE chocolate chip cookie recipe I have been searching for: soft, chewy, and LOADS of chips.

I fell in love just looking at the picture.

If you're near Florida, come get any of the 2 pound boxes that everyone keeps sending! I just got a box of Fairytale Brownies...the slogan says its a taste of pure enchantment. Sounds suspicious!!!

For real! Somebody starts a thread asking us what kind of chocolate do you like, one would naturally expect some chocolate to be forthcoming.

Definitely with almonds!
If life was like chocolate that had coconut in it, I'd spit that out. I'm not about that life.
Haha, this is great!:)

I really don't understand the fuss over Oreos. I've tried a few different Oreo kinds over the years (to give them a fair chance) and found them rather boring. They were overly sweet and had a very, very processed aftertaste. Give me a Tim Tam any day.
What is a TimTam?

, interesting question. I don't want to be the kind that melts in someones hands, like people trying to mold you, or making you live up to their standards, I want to melt in their spiritual taste buds. What ever that means, me on the fun side again? Tisk tisk to those who think they could hold on to some sweetness. Ha ha , good thread*****

Say, that reminds me... when my aunt got married she had a chocolate fountain at the reception.

Here's a question for you. How many chocolate covered strawberries can an average 37 year old guy eat without having digestive problems?

I don't know either. I lost count at ten. But I didn't have any trouble later.

Looks like the real thing, Dark chocolate, but I don't like it even though it's expensive, it dosn't taste right the 90 percent cocoa. But I will be the kind that dosn't break, only melts in the heart, where you could really feel it.

Perhaps you should have brought some chocolate home to make into hot cocoa!
