Quality for somethings like sneakers or a car, something like that. T shirts, laundry detergent quantity.
That reminds me....
people do research on the oddest thing. They've now found out that most people don't use correct amount of detergent (because they do it without measuring). Good to know our tax money is used for research, eh? :p :D

Has anyone yet admitted that they would prefer a bunch of crappy stuff over quality?
My mom is the queen of quantity. My little brother is so destructed that he'd break or waste whatever it is, so he knows he should just buy quantity as well.

Hmm... sounds like my aunt Ann. She keeps forgetting to take her phone out of her pocket before washing the laundry. When she gets a new phone they keep trying to get her to get an expensive phone. "No thanks, I just wash the cheap ones. They wash just as well as the expensive ones." She knows what is going to happen to that phone she's buying. It'll get washed just like all the others.

Speaking of which... I was looking at durable smartphones just last week. I figured out I can get five cheap ones for the price of one water resistant, shock resistant, dust resistant phone. And by the time that really durable phone is outmoded and I need to get another one, I bet I will not have broken five of the cheap ones.
