Now I got what you meant by ignoring: It was refered to ignoring their selfish or sinful demands.


Yes!

Such ways of "ignoring" do match my "defensive" mode (Although I think that, during the courtship-dating process, mates could be involved in activities that may lead a person to sex).

Let me explain it a bit:

* If I kissed my daughters, that was not sex.

* If I kissed (or hugged) any of those "mates", my brain could be thinking in sex.


I´d better ignore the feelings of my silly brain (and their brains). :)
