Well... She does seem to be having an issue with sopping wet hair, hands, and feet.

Maybe she's just trying to tell him that the guest bathroom is out of towels...

Get it?

Just kidding. I don't think you're a chicken. I'm sure you're brave in other ways. :)

Molly,

I could be mistaken, but I think Jim Henson's Creature Shop was also involved with Labyrinth, which is why that movie has a similar look to The Dark Crystal.
Labyrinth was a Henson movie, actually.

I thought this was the Labyrinth movie. The one where some wizard guy steals the girl's baby brother. That was a scary movie too!
Some wizard guy ;)
David Bowie. One of the biggest rock icons of the 80s, as well as writer and singer for all the music in the film. Oddly enough, also the 'voice' of the baby, since the actual baby wouldn't make a sound.

You wouldnt believe me if I told you.

October is approaching and I love it. Not because of Halloween, but because I was born right in the middle of it and there's fall leaves and candy and pumpkins.

In other words, I don't really celebrate Halloween. My mom never wanted us to unless we were with our aunt that night, then she would take us. :p But most of the time, my brother and I would stay in. We would watch a scary movie, "Goosebumps" or something on the Disney Channel like, "Halloweentown."

I remember the villain from this movie...he was really scary! It got me thinking, who is the scariest villain for you? It could be from a movie or a book. I know as Christians I suppose the scariest villain would be the enemy. But I'm not really afraid of him. He's a joke! With God on our side, he...

So then, what/who do you consider to be the scariest villain? I haven't answered myself because I'm still thinking. :p

I saw it! I saw it! It wasn't so bad either. Happy to face my fears. And I'll try to prove it...the tv was leaking water when she came out, something I hadn't noticed when I saw it many years ago. Also, she kinda teleports from one place to the next. Weird! But honestly, it looks so cheesy it wasn't that scary anymore. The special effects are dated.

It's Dr Elliot Reed, from Scrubs. So weird for me to recognize memes. Have a few lately.

The fireman clown in "The Brave Little Toaster"

And you know what? That dude is scary looking as an adult too. Who'd want to meet him?

The Evil Dead was one of the few movies that actually scared me, that's not really a one villain story though.
John Carpenter's The Thing was another one. The original movie, I haven't seen the remake. Horror movies used to be my thing, but I don't watch stuff like that anymore. The horror genre has really turned from focusing on scary situations to gore, torture, and brutality.

I might watch the original Night of the Living Dead, it's a classic, it's like the Old Yellar of the horror genre. But then again, I probably shouldn't.
