Yeah, seoul probably should have qualified that statement a bit better.
Well, you see there was a thread, now locked and deleted, where a guy was suggesting all kinds of sexual things about women who are light enough to be tossed around like rag dolls, and he said this was important because for their safety, he needed to be able to carry them.

Yes, and this was apparently the definition of a white knight.
It was worse than the usual definition - which is to say an idiot. What moron thinks he can save another human being from her problems. People need to sort that crap out on their own through time and prayer.
White knights get trampled, as they should. Now gentlemen, those guys usually do alright, even if it takes a while for things to sort out. There's nothing wrong with treating a woman with respect, and dare I say cherishing the right woman. Such affections are eventually reciprocated and both parties come out ahead.
