Is there a book on how to write a sermon... there must be.

Im not a fan of sermons, even though they do them at church all the time. I prefer parables and acting out the stories.
Also, when Jesus did his sermon, he was on the mount, not inside a church building where people fell asleep or out of the window.

I think Seoulsearch is like a magnet for producing the most spirited debates on her threads. Even 10 years on, the magnetism still works. Like a flame attracts all persuasions of moths, so Seoulsearch's posts attract all persuasions of posters.

I feel like I should mention this, because I don't want anyone to feel burned. (Except maybe Lynx, for resurrecting all those zombie Christmas posts! :p )

I'm pretty sure people only put up with it because they figured I'd be a flash in the pan and burn out very quickly. 😂

I never even knew I liked starting threads until I went for it (my fingers were shaking the first time I hit "Post") and just kept trying.

I guess I wanted to see what happened when I finally unleashed all the thought processes I'd had since I was a kid (to which most had told me to stop thinking so much.) 😬

Believe me, there are plenty of times when my noggin is pretty hollow. 😁

But here I am, almost 13 years later and still plinking away.

We have a good number of members who come back under other names, but I know I could never get away with that.

People Would Know It Was Me from the very first new post. 🤣

I don't know about a magnet, but a lightning rod, for sure. ⚡😬🌩️

It's like in nature, if you pick up a log or turn over some leaves you'll find some creatures coexisting together lol.

-Lifts a Seoulsearch log- " see you got a few lynx's in there, a few Cinders scattered around foraging, a Lanolin or two followed by the occasional Magenta, pip, tourist, zeroturblence.

Be careful of the Lanolins... I'm not sure if they're poisonous, but am pretty certain they bite! The Lynxes are pretty docile, just don't poke 'em too often or too sharply.

The Magentas will snub you if you offend them, so just because you think you got away with something doesn't mean you did. And the Pips and the Tourists seem to have a reasonable sense of humour, but tend to be nocturnal, so it's hard to gauge for sure. I'm not certain about the other fauna mentioned, but I'd say it's prudent to wear gloves and probably have your snake-catcher's bag handy, also.

In my forest it's like a Disney movie you can pet all the creatures without them stinging or biting lol.

That's... pretty accurate actually.
