You are being far more generous than I would as I would probably just say I don't have time or energy and leave her to find another way to get her hair done. On the other hand, you can practice boundary-setting with this. If she brings up an uncomfortable subject or is critical, you can walk away. She is not going to tick off someone who is doing her hair right before her wedding.

You DO realize that you have all the power here, right?

If it were me, I'd be 'glad' to do her hair... and do such a 'good' job that she makes sure to NEVER ask me to do it again!

Feels like Sunday today. Several times I have to remind myself that it is not. Back to work this Monday. Action packed week as soon as I get in first thing Monday morning off to a drs appointment with one of the fellows, then another one Tuesday causing me to stay late, then a 12 hr shift Weds and working in the new home that I am being transferred to. Oyi. It would be nice to slooooowly transition back into work after time off.

Finally replaced the 15 (yes fifteen!) year old network router with a brand spanking new one. Hopefully the connectivity problems will finally be over! :D

(at least for the next 15 years..) :rolleyes:

(and it only cost $25 bucks) o_o

Hahaha, I made a list (which I do everyday whether at work or not) and had 12 things to take care of.

I went out earlier to do #3, #4, and #12, accomplished the first two tasks and I was feeling so proud of myself that I stopped by McD and picked up an ice cream cone - in my humble opinion they are the best, especially on a day like this with scorching sun - and got this almost uncontrollable urge for more ice cream so I added one more to the list; #13: get a strawberry shakes from In-N-Out and savor it to the last drop.

I went into Single Chat last night, just to listen to people talking, and fell asleep. When I woke up this morning, I saw that I was the only person, the only single person in the single chat room. You guys didn't have to remind me of my status in such a visual way. Thanks.

So... I accidentally took too much of this medicine.. and I'm all shaky and have an awful stomach ache.. and I'm all jittery and headache cant really concentrate atm please pray... also some bad stuff that just happened a while ago
