Sigh. The GOOD news is that somehow, nights I don't get a lot of sleep are days I sell lots at the market.

Where's my coffee? I might need to mainline it.

wow, those nights you don't get a lot of sleep are days you are busy making for the next day(s) ahead? Or just super excited for the following day?

No, I have a two day farmer's market weekly. When a not-enough-sleep night coincides with a "have to be nice to people and pretend to be nice AND awake AND competent" day (i.e. market days) I tend to sell a lot of cheesecake.

Non-market days I can sleep in and/or take a nap if I want to.

When you're "helpless damsel in distress" face doesn't work at the hardware store, put on your "I'm about to have a major hissy fit cause I haven't been able to get any help for the last 30 minutes, and I'm tired of wandering around the store for a non existence person" face. Works every time.

I dont ever take the "helpless" stance. Im not helpless! In fact,I know more about home improvements than most men do! But when I go in a store the guys stereotype me in the "helpless" group.Im proactive and not reactive. I always go find me someone to help me asap. My time is as valuable as theirs is :) It is frustrating but whats a gal to do?

Well, in this case, I needed to figure out what the right planks were to use to move a small piano. And quite honestly, usually I don't use this face as I generally know what I'm looking. As for the helpless face, I actually ended up using it on customers to get their advice, cause no associate was quickly appearing. Despite the fact that someone has went to get someone 30 minutes earlier. And since I don't exactly enough strength to pick up the wood, well, I really did need the associate even more.

It's official. My laptop is no longer worth using. The audio is glitching because the computer is freezing because the computer is overheating and because it's overheating the wifi stops working for me.

Well, honestly? He should probably know what's in that blog. It should be stuff you discuss with him and not really with the public at large. I hope you have that relationship with him. If not? I hope his reading your blog brings about that closeness.

You should allow him to read your blog and be willing to talk about it with him. It may not be easy but that's a whole different level of closeness. :)

Vacation time. so. close. Plans (mostly) set. Decided to spend time in Iregon <---what? Oregon and California, which works for me because I've never been to California.

I saw a hitch hiker today, and drove past...even though I was the only one in the van. Or because. I don't know, but I felt bad because it was hot outside.

I think im in rambling mode so I should stop before I get started.

I don't pick up hitch hikers when I am alone. Full stop. Unless I really feel like God is impressing on me that I should.
