Bleu cheese and garlic?
No. I do have a smoked blue cheese cheesecake, and it sells like crazy. I go through nearly 25 lbs of blue cheese a year.
(I do savory/appetizer cheesecakes as well as dessert ones... think like veggie, chip or cracker dips)
No, this one was really different. It's a sweet one but it has elements of smoke, brown sugar, salt, and... sweet corn.
