One simple word....

Life.

It it happens to all of us at some point.
Wow! O-kay then. New thing.
Gonna stop letting life happen to me!

lol.. I'm craving pizza now.. >_< drooling drooling...
Not supposed to boast, so I'll say thank you, Lord,
for the ability to cook a little, and I'll put my homemade pizza up
against ANY 'chain' or commercial pizza, I'd love to share it.
Ok, how do I say that without boasting? (sorry)

Dont feel bad this guy i know who is really into fitness told me that some days in life we are just going to splurge and eat stuff that may not be the best thing we could have ate. We just keep at it reguarding attempting to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

I'd be happy to. That Ka-ching sound you hear is the post office ringing up the shipping rates to East Java. Did you want pepperoni on that? No Ka-ching problem Ka-ching Ka-ching.:)
If you don't want to make homemade dough, there are some pretty good frozen doughs on the market, (some not so), if you have access, I can give you some tips on how to treat it, then from there, I can help you make a pretty good sauce, but there's always jarred, too. And then it's just getting the right kind of cheeses to distribute, I have some tricks there, and of course, the right seasonings, and there's some that I use on the crust but not in the sauce, or on the top, and some I don't. Then, you want to have the right size pan...a stone is good but not necessary,.....I don't make 'deep-dish' thick doughy stuff, (that's not pizza), but I don't make paper thin crisp like potato chips crust either. And I don't throw it up in the air or spin it around. Just work it on the counter or the pan, temperature and resting is important. So is a pre-heated oven, but it doesn't have to be screaming industrial oven hot, and size, thickness, and amount of topping will determine the best temp and length of time.
I just realized how involved this all is, why do I bother with all this nonsense?!
Oh, yeah.......because it's Prit-Tee-Gooooood! :p
(Oops, boasting again. Sorry. Pride goes before a fall...watch my next pizza be a 'flop'). Lol. Yeah, on second thought, you just might want to order out. (Nah);)
Just let me know when you can pop by for a visit, I'll have one ready for you.

Aw, thank you, brother! It's great to hear from you again too. I think that's the longest I've been away from CC, ever.
It's ironical how your return coincides with the first time we won a series on your soil. :p

Welcome back, brother!

Hmm... Everyone has ideas about pizza. My idea is Pizza Hut doesn't have any idea what pizza should be.

My mother makes a homemade pizza that is basically a casserole. Technically it's a pizza - has all the elements of a pizza - but it comes out about five inches thick. And no, that's not a really thick crust. I guess we could call it pizza lasagna... but instead of noodles, use pizza toppings for layers... yeah, pizza lasagna.

Nah, forget it. Just call it pizza casserole.

What were you doing at the store so early in the morning anyways...
I woke up at 3am and was going to the gym, but decided to drive right past it to get ice cream. *shrugs* lol

On another note, there were no cashiers, so I had to use a self-checkout. And since I had never used one, I asked the manager if they took cash. She probably thought that was a stupid question. XD
