You must have been reading my mind because that's exactly what I've been thinking myself.
Maybe I have.

My grandma on my fathers side always said that she could read other people’s mind. Maybe I have inherited that skill?😁.

That would be cool! :D

I was really thinking about that a lot at the time you posted it. :sneaky:

On another note... wouldn't it be great if there was a way to instantly make yourself feel better when you're feeling down or stressed about something? It would be sooo awesome. (I mean besides eating something yummy)

I have had thoughts that I have lost the ability to cry. It has been over a year now. Is this normal?
Hello Whispy, welcome to Christian Chat. I hope you'll enjoy your stay here. I see you joined about 5 weeks ago and this is your first post. Did you used to cry often? Maybe if your demeanor is changing, you might be facing depression. Has something changed in you life? I have done Christian counselling and you can PM me if you like.

I can read minds: If I am sitting across from you and we are conversing, mostly. Some people are mysteriously closed. I can tell what a horse or dog is thinking at any given moment. 😁

I don’t think I can read minds even then😁.

I’d prefer the instantly feeling better ability rather than reading what other people are thinking😄.

I used to instantly know what my cats thought in any situation, and would say it out loud in my cats voice, it was like I was translating cat body language into English.

I have since lost this power, my oldest cat died and my new cat tends to keep her thoughts to herself.
funny. I think if people didnt know my family they would think I WAS the cat. But I was only giving her a voice.

it is weird when I think about it now that I had different voices for each cat but some cats didnt like to talk.

I wonder if other people do this, give voices to their pets. nobody else in my family did, it was just me.

Some cats are closed like that but our last three including the one we have now were/are pretty open. Search, our current tom is very open and predictable.

I had an Appaloosa mare that had been spooked often and was very flighty at times. I thought I could break her of getting spooked, mostly by cars going by, but could not break her of that.

Boy, could she jump. She stayed in a four-foot fenced pasture until someone honked a horn on a car, then over the fence she would bound and run off. I got tired of chasing her down and sold her. A Cherokee Indian bought her to breed Appy mules for their ability to jump fences. I sold her for more than I paid for her.

I know one person who does that for four stuffed owls... Don't know anybody else who does that for living creatures.

Thata rather a vague question, considering a lack of any details. Perhaps a change in your life has caused a mix up in your emotions. New medications? Diet changes? Sleep changes? Any other symptoms? Hormones? Lingering anger or bitterness?
Chances are something else has changed and you haven't linked the two together. Do some introspection and find that connection.

Watching the sunrise this morning, I was in awe of it’s beauty. I felt like it was a beautiful reminder of God’s love and that He gives us a fresh new start daily. A beautiful start at that.

I couldn’t help, but notice the majestic sunset this evening. Just as God has given us a new day, there is also beauty and majesty in the wrapping up of a day, rest.

What a great reminder to start each day as a new day and to make sure to take time to rest at the end of that day. 💗

Boooh...😁.

Just getting everyone’s attention😜.

I want to file a complaint!

Why do you, CC, have to approve every single new thread???????????

Sometimes I have extremely good thread ideas, but I don’t post them because I know they won’t be approved before I’ve lost interest in the whole thing.

Is it in any way possible to allow new threads to instantly break through the glass ceiling and get published at ONCE???

🤗

The problem with that is spammers and people who just want to cause trouble. From my experience though, it's usually just a matter of hours before my new threads are posted (some depends on mod availability I'm sure, but usually it's not much delay). Should we ask how short is your attention span that you're going to lose interest in a discussion in less than a day :p?

I’m so impatient. Things has to happen right away😁. Two hours later I’ve forgotten why the thread was such a good idea😁. Maybe it’s Alzheimer’s kicking in?😁

Just be grateful that we only screen new threads and not individual posts. With this platform we have the (unused) ability to require screening of every posting. There are actually some long term users who have impeccable reputations who's threads skip the screening process.

Well, impeccable reputation has never been associated with me before, so why now😂.

not sure I want an "impeccable" reputation. sounds like something a Pharisee might strive for.
