Picking a girlfriend is like picking a puppy, go with the one that is happiest to see you.

(Or something like that)
You might want to add a couple more requirements to that.

I'm serious.

So many people just go through life with a snarky indifference to everything, including their relationships.

That might be cool for them but, really its a huge turn off.

Some guys will fight through hoping for the cheese on the other side but, its never worth it to try and convince someone of all the reasons why they should like you and think you're great.

We are all wired differently. Some women want a guy who is like a Reptile, Feed it water it and it will always hang around.

Some guys want a girl thats like a cat, she does her own thing and he does his and they can come together and snuggle every so often.

I want someone that I can't wait to see, that can't wait to see me.

Its the whole reason I got into the MBTI. I was dating someone who was a Christian Children's Pastor Director and she just liked watching TV and lounging, or working out and playing sports but, there was no deep creative expression of any kind. But, its just how she was wired. Perfect for someone else.

Me, I want the female Tigger. Because with me, Tackle Attack is Super Effective.

I'm tired of trying to overcome people's reservations, jealousies, insecurities and schedule. I shouldn't have to fight my way into someone's day planner. They should want to see me and if they don't well... (I should stop ranting)

I do agree with you. That' not a bad way to pick. My absolute best relationship was with a girl who went all crazy for me the first time we met. She got so clingy and so attached so fast, it kind of freaked me out.....but she was too pretty to get away from (Clinginess used to be a red flag for me but that girl changed my perspective on it). That was an intense roller-coaster ride of awesomeness while it lasted.

Girls like that are waaaay better relationship material than the princess types that you have to pursue relentlessly and charge through all that "Well maybe I'll call you later" type stuff.

I never have been one to have a snarky indifference to my relationships, but I can be moody when I'm alone if that makes any sense?

I don't think I'm nearly as bad as I was when I was in my 20's though.

That's one thing I really try to keep in check, especially when in a relationship. Ain't no one got time for moodiness & drama.

So then now do, simple really, regrets never change anything, seeing what should have been doing and doing is passing up regrets that many times stale-mate the person focused on regrets, so just learn from and do accordingly bu trust in God showing you this and not to regret to learn from

satan really hates it when we try and do the right thing, doesn't he? He wants revenge. Funny how he has a way of using people you would never have expected to exact it. It's okay though. God is good and He always wins. :)
