I think that the family is paranoid. Certainly you would have returned the horse. Or maybe set him free to go where he may. Mr. Ed, if he was smart, would have followed you.

They're totally paranoid. I don't even know how to ride a horse, and the last thing I need is to befriend a couple of birds to prove I'm as crazy as people think.
Although, it would be a different story entirely if the duck was trainable. I've always wanted my very own fleet of Search and Destroy Ducks.

Yeah, some of the talk in the Bible Discussion forum makes the Bible Code stuff look like small-fry. Some messed up individuals on there. It does get heated at times but we have some good discussions. I need to learn to love God more with my heart, because presently I seem to love Him more with my mind.

Now seeing this, we by faith are given a new heart right? This new heart needs to permeate through out our old flesh nature right, for by Christ's resurrection we are made new and given this new heart that does not sin, yet our old bodies fight this right? And this warfare is in the mind right?
Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

So what do we do?
1 Peter 3:4 but let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price.

I read love letters that are an invitation to come to know and experience His love for ourselves. I can't even begin to think about God or scripture or my understandings and experiences of Him with out it being linked to relationship, emotions and/or love.

Amen Sister not many see the word as a Love story, even in the First especially do not see the love of God in there with all the battles of war, and yet even today still war.
And Sister that is nothing more than the flesh nature fighting God to be God as shown when God delivered God's first chosen out of Egypt, not wanting any man to be in bondage, for all do have free will to choose truth over error
What I see God is angry at is: others taking away others free will choice, and by force in words are trying to be in control using God as their way to get their way.

For I do know and understand how we with our emotional cares, can and do get in the way and that old flesh rises right out of the grave and then a flesh fight occurs and truth in Spirit and truth can and does get lost.
I see this as if "I" get in the way by being intense as to tell truth, then I get too involved emotionally and need to see I am being intensi fried, and need to get some quiet time, to regroup and hear what God tells me.
Now this is what i hear "just love them all" tell them I just love them, and show it by love as in 1 Cor 13:4-13 not by 1-3 So here I am hoping and praying for all those that are caught up in the works programs as I once was to see right on through to the other side, God's pure love side Heaven where Christ is at, and has sent the holy Spirit that led him to us that believe, and there is no certain order to that, none. as those that say one must speak in tongues as evidence or else.
This type of attitude makes salvation dependent upon us mankind, instead of thanksgiving and praises to God that is not able to be understood, unless born again from God by God the free gift to us all that believe God, with no certain Mathematical formula. God calls are we listening? God does just love us all
That is a fact Jack and when see this there is no turning back, at least this is what I see, and know from being like Saul so to speak before he became Paul

Hi brother. Yes, I enjoy 24 (sometimes the torture scenes are too much for me but that's probably a good thing, don't want to become complacent). I'm watching through the London series. I think we're half way through the series in Australia. Smallville was good but very hit and miss at times. Lex Luthor was played really well. And I was a big fan of Chloe.

yes and seeing the end series and how it relates to end times, is amazing to me, as i see this with many a writers like as lost is and even Angel, against wolfram and heart the lawyers. i have a big collection over the years of many series shows, that have by looking past what anyone else scrambles to be evil and commit all to God to teach me truth over error
And so has as a scene in Charmed where Pru was going to kill herself with the thoughts of so not worthy she is going to commit suicide, and it shows the demon behind here encouraging this
I saw this as the Devil encouraging the religious leaders to kill Jesus, using the thoughts that was put in them of Job security

I had a nightmare last night. I haven't had one of those in years. I've had bad dreams, and sad dreams where I've woken up crying. But this time, I woke up covered in sweat, heart pounding, and my body was so tense that it took me a few moments to even move. I forced myself to stay awake for at least 15 minutes because I was terrified I'd fall asleep and go back into the dream.

The mind is a crazy thing, sometimes.

I don't know what to do with myself. I'm going to be sorta stuck at someone else's house most of the day. It's a ranch...farm...thing. There's a lot I could do, except it's my ex's family and they kinda all don't like me and they watch me like a hawk when I'm there.
