Sadly? Why would you be sad if you have all the qualities of love? Love is more than just between girlfriend/boyfriend and husband/wife. :)
I don't need a wife or a girlfriend to love. I already love God people. Read my testimony under the teen section.

I have great compassion for people. My life has given me that gift.

I'm proud to say if you put my name in that thing. It sounds just like me.

Right, but then why the "sadly" part?

Hi VThokie. In answer to your request for advice, I will give you some advice a dear friend gave me when I was about your age and I was struggling with similar issues (I am a man but all in all I had similar thoughts). If it is God's will for you to meet someone this applies:

My friend, who was like a father to me shared a story about two people walking up opposite sides of a mountain, each facing trials, obstacles, and challenges. One of those people was me. The other was the person who God had in mind for me.

As they faced these trials and relied upon The Lord, in effect they would grow. God was shaping them in to the man and woman that He wanted them to be, which also caused them to become prepared to love each other as they both needed. Patience is key. Since God will be the center of your relationship when you meet that person, relying on God and building your relationship with Him is a head start on loving the one that God has in his plan to be with you. When you both meet at the top of the hill, you will be shaped for each other by the events of climbing it and God will be there with you. The more you build your relationship with God in the mean time, the better prepared you will be for that special person He has for you.

I was comforted by this and I hope this is help to someone out there who reads it. God bless.

I have to say Amen to all of this your write Misty,

the only thing I might add is make sure not to allow yourself to be romantically involved with someone you are unequally yoked with but instead, test the spirits and love all you encounter, leave a legacy! Love your post!
