This day has been sucky. I wish I had another Godiva pretzel. :cautious: The one I ate last night was a gift.

Tell me something interesting... hmm... Well I think it is interesting that somebody would try to use the world's smallest rugged smartphone as his first ever smartphone. He hated it of course.

I think I have mentioned before that I use the world's smallest android phone, the Unihertz Jelly. (Why "Jelly" for a hard plastic phone smaller than an altoids tin? Dunno.) It is a real smartphone though, runs Android 8.1, does all the standard smartphone tricks like wifi hotspot, etc.

Recently I found a "rugged" version, the Unihertz Atom. Looks like the Jelly in a really small otterbox, basically. Waterproof, dustproof, gorilla glass, all that. I found one used on ebay... Wait, what? They just came out with this and there's already one on ebay used?

I placed a bid on it but I also sent a question to the seller. Is there something wrong with it? The seller said no, there's nothing wrong with the phone itself. Her husband got this phone as his first smartphone, but he really didn't like it so he went back to his flip-phone.

*facepalm squared, maybe cubed*

If you had never used a smartphone before, can you imagine using THIS as your first one ever?

I said yeah, I can imagine he hated it. That probably put him off using smartphones for the rest of his life.

Add a couple SMH to the facepalms.

A group of Christian women chose a strip club as their ministry-progressing from a gift basket, to a prayer box, to a prayer meeting(in the strip club!).

The sad thing was one of the strippers told the women that some local churches sent the strip club hate mail.

Each king in a deck of playing cards represents great king from history.
Spades - King David
Clubs - Alexander the Great
Hearts - Charlemagne
Diamonds - Julius Caesar

On the plus side, he doesn't act like he thinks he is a king. ;)

On the other hand, why not let him try? Can't be worse than the choices we had last election.

Goodness! I believe it. I just think of green grass and flowers when I think of May. Our snow finally just melted, what I thought was for the year.

I suppose I shouldn’t complain as 1-3 inches (probably in the mountains) is nothing compared to a blizzard. 🙂

Colorado is similar. We got a couple of inches last week that melted as fast as it dropped since it was 37 degrees. I've seen it snow the first week of June here.
