When I was little (about 8) I was really into the movie Cats Don't Dance. So much so that I knew all the songs and would constantly sing them. One of my favorites was "Tell Me Lies," I'll link it below. I'm outside playing in my swing set in the backyard. My brother wasn't around. I guess he was inside, can't remember. The point was, I was alone. We had a chain link fence and so our backyard neighbors could see us.
I decided on singing this song and playing out the moves just like Sawyer. I sang and sang and even closed my eyes when she closes her eyes because I knew the movie like the back of my hand. When I was done, I felt so good! With a smile on my face, I turned around to get on my slide and saw my backyard neighbor looking at me with her toddler in her arms. She was smiling. I was mortified! Was she standing there the whole time?!?! I ran inside the house, completely embarrassed with myself. LOL
That was awkward for me!
