Wait? Who is marrying who? I already have a man in my life, his name is John lives down the hall from me. The one with the limp, always wears a top hat has a cane. I am sure you have seen him before, resembles this fellow:

Yeah... that's Shour. LOL

(Though I believe he has a conductor's wand.)

I intend to hack into the intercom system. Every time Shour forgets to take his medicine, 12-tone music will start to flood the halls.
The problem becomes that when everyone ELSE hears Wozzeck flooding the hallways, they're all going to think they forgot to take THEIR medication (when they really haven't), resulting either fatal overdoses, or a lot of people who suddenly remember everything too well.

"Aaaagh, the memories! What's with this bright light?! Why am I naked? Why is some strange person trying to cut something off of my stomach?!?!"

And Gracie, dear...it is NOT a wand. It is a called a baton. We are NOT casting spells, doll. ^_^

excellent! after all, i'd be sooo disappointed if i didn't get to put some miles on those metal hips they give you after you break them playing ultimate twister...

p.s. can we have a zip line? i'm not the most patient person when it comes to walking behind those slow "oldsters".

I think Misty and I would have far more interesting things to talk about than gender politics.

I would actually be willing to bet that gender politics aside, I have more in common with her than with most people on CC.

Hey everbody, in our Senior's home I think it would be a good idea to only let Catherder eat his tapioca pudding with a plastic spoon, just in case he loses pinochle to his imaginary friend and tries to stab him!!!

We can also play these games I came up with specifically for us seniors to enjoy at the home:

1. Instead of "Kick The Can" we'll play "Kick The Pan" (a bed pan, that is - and the loser has to clean up afterwards).

2. "Find the Dentures" (we'll hide someones dentures and that person can't eat again until they find them).

3. "Look Who's Talking" (we all turn off our hearing aids and try to guess who's talking at any given moment).

4. "Nap Resistance" (we see who can stay awake the longest without taking a mid-afternoon nap).

5. "Senile Seniority" (each week whoever has the most advanced case of senility wins a gift basket of Tums, Preparation H, and a special edition of "Glamour" magazine called "You're Old And The Glamour Is All Gone").

Seems to me that secularhermit , Sonpointer , and I are the three sr. Srs...so we will take control of ALL M&Ms..... spoons.....syringes.....guns( with or without flags)....ice cream and cupcakes. We reserve the right to approve all imaginary friends, and take dibs on pool time, and therapy sessions.

ALL HAIL ANGELMYST (since I'm giving you advanced allegiance, can I get first dibs on some red M&M's and may I please be allowed to eat them in the hot tub??? It will make me feel like a kid again - a la Cocoon!!!).
