Here are some possible names for our Senior's Home:

1. CC's Seniors (CC standing for Crusty Characters)

2. Antiques R' Us

3. Last Stop Senior's Shop

4. Senile and Lovin' It

5. The Gray Mane (because we'll all have gray hair!!!)

6. The Living-Fossils Museum

7. Shady Pines (it seems like in real life every other Senior's Home is actually named Shady Pines - is that a law or something???)

true. if there's one thing i learned during the year i worked in the office at a nursing home is that neither of those topics seem to be a priority once you move in.

We'll put her in one of the rooms in the "wing of the home nobody talks about"!!!

Descyple and AzureAFire would be squabbling over ice cream.

To keep my ice cream all to myself I would fight AzureAfire to the death (and since we'd be in a Senior's home, death wouldn't be too far away).

The only way AzureAfire would be able to get any of my ice cream is if she steals some while Shouryu and I are momentarily distracted by the "cute wrinkly elderly bunnies doing water aerobics".

Hmm...so me and Descyple's Nursing Home "Fate" has been pretty much predicted

Well, if i do turn into that awesome silvery age (had to make that getting old sound really cool XD), and live in a home for the "awesome" oldies with Descyple (for which i will keep asking myself if the world is being cruel, or just trying to be funny XD), i'd definitely make sure that by that time i have:

1) Mastered Kung Fu, so that i could effectively counterstrike Descyple's ice cream swiping maneuvers
2) Awesome white hair (like Dante in Devil May Cry), that i will try to make really shiny and pretty (because i want to hey, i'm a crazy girl who'd like to look crazy old AND crazy beautiful but, it can serve it's other purpose of blindingly dazzling Descyple's eyes from taking my ice cream when i go out for walks during the day - with ice cream in tow!)
3) Prepared a collection of bad poetry to finally beat Descyple in that "I'm Not A Poet..." Thread, and finally get to wear my crown as Worst CC Poet
4) Bought all the awesome video games i want to beat Descyple at

Yup...our war runs deep...BEYOND ice cream!!!

Hey, Descyple!!! it'd be awesome to steal all your ice cream while those geriatric bunnies do their hops in the water. But i always LOVE challenges i'll join in the aerobics while i plan my next cool attack!!! (gotta stretch my wrinkly gams then, while i'm at it!!! XD)

This thread reminds me of Bubba Ho-tep. I think I need to watch that movie tonight XD For anyone that hasn't heard of it, it's a Bruce Campbell movie. He's playing a senior in a retirement home who believes he's Elvis, and his friend (who is black) believes he is JFK have to fight off mummies that are killing off other seniors in the home XD

Angie's right, though. I probably would still be lifting. Don't know about the gym bunnies checking me out, though. And some of you have to admit, I'd probably spend a good chunk of time in the kitchen, too. If I'm still spry, I could chase Uggs and Pipp out of there to get some real cooking done.
