I have really been wishing I could get together with a group of friends and go to a theme park for a day. I'm a bit of a roller coaster nut, and have not been to Cedar Point in... a very long time, therefore causing severe withdrawals.

I would also, of course, love to go to Disney World with that "special someone" (can't escape the kid at heart)... but maybe someday!!! :)

On a less elaborate (not to mention less expensive) scale, a great day for me is possibly window shopping at some place I've never been to before, browsing a book store (with REAL books, not just Kindle downloads), curling up with a REAL book, writing a letter, watching a good movie, working on a project, going to a museum or on a road trip, cooking a huge feast and sharing it with a few close friends... (I guess this would probably take up SEVERAL days... but hey.) :p

P.S. I hope you're having a better day today!

Today is a new beginning for me too. Coincidence? Anyway, thank you, God!

A perfect day for me would be getting up at 5:00am, praying for about an hour, going out to breakfast (think mcdonald's dollar-menu, not Ihop), then checking my email and catching up on the news before going to the gym, then looking for work online, studying, lunch at home, more studying, a couple of video games, checking updates on the internet and more news (world, stock market, political, religious news), shopping, dinner at home or take-out, another workout at the gym, more studying, watching House or another favorite tv show online (hulu or netflix), bedtime prayer, sleep at 10pm.

Note: I don't have a job, so until I do, this is my perfect day.

My perfect day:
- NO PHONES!
- at the beach or in a boat somewhere
- reading off and on
- not feeling that I need to carry on a conversation (whether someone special is with me or not); just being ...quiet..
- maybe going for a walk or something ...
- cooking a huge dinner of favorite random foods we couldn't possibly eat just for fun with someone

LOL thats what Krispy Kreme is all about (but I'm not a big fan and only have eaten it a few times because my previous boss brought them to work). I used to eat subway everyday but then Jared became famous and their prices went up and the amount of meat in their sandwiches went down so I stopped eating there.

I love that! I long to live in a place like that where life is simple and you can feel the beauty of God's earth in every place and in every person you meet. Just Beautiful!

Maybe thats what heaven's like.

Throw a 2 hour road trip to some place I've never been for lunch, and this is pretty much my perfect day too.

I've heard a couple descriptions of heaven from people who have died and come back that say it is a beautiful green countryside, a true paradise and they didn't want to leave because they felt that they were really home. So I think you're not too far off in your thinking.

Easy answer. ROAD TRIP!

As far as all of you fighting over Krispy Kreme or Subway, here's a couple to try...how about a Krispy Kreme Bacon Cheeseburger, or a Krispy Kreme KFC Double Down Hybrid?

My perfect day ...

It would be about 73 degrees all day. I would take my babies for a walk. Then I would come home to a freezer full of different flavors of icream. I would watch Confessions: Animal Hoarding, with a few intervals of Judge Mathis sprinkled in between. Everytime a new episode would come on I would get a different flavor icecream. At around 6pm I would walk the babies again with my neighbor Lynn and her baby Ross. Then I would go to church and we would have praise and worship for 2 hours.
