Originally, I had no plans to go see the newest movie coming out, because I thought they had ruined the story. However, after seeing a clipping of it, I think I might change my mind.

What about the rest of y'all. Anyone planning to go see the Three Musketeers?

I don't know. It looks like it has all action and no plot. I LOVED the book, and the old, 90's Disney one with Keifer Sutherland.

I've liked most versions of the Three Musketeers

This one looks wonky, but I might go see it anyway. I kind of totally love Matthew Macfadyen.

We have a dollar theater, so its not a huge risk to go see a movie you're unsure of. so when it hits there, i'll probably give it a try.

OOOHHH, I will totally take the 3 Musketeer "cake"!!!!

For some reason, I've never really been into the 3 Musketeers, though when it comes out on DVD I may cave because I love action chicks--and the only ones who seem to keep doing action movies are Mila Jovovich and Angelina Jolie. I do have to complain though, that while these women are beautiful and talented, they're so thin that they don't look like they could even hold up all the cool weapons they're supposedly lugging around... I think the guns/swords weigh more than they do. (I couldn't imagine a movie with, let's say, Arnold or Sly running around shooting/blowing everything up in sight while weighing 90 lbs...)

I really want to see the new Three Musketeers movie.. it looks good.. My other favourite version was the one with Kiefer Sutherland.. The Three Musketeers (1993) But it should be interesting to see how they portray this version :)
