Time for deeply important topics. Hamburgers, one of God's many gifts to humanity. How do you like yours? What toppings do you like?
I like a good medium-well cheeseburger. Gluten free bun, cuz that's how I roll. Lol.
From there, we can go many different ways. A nice juicy mushroom and swiss is excellent. A bacon cheddar cheeseburger is great. I love tomatoes, mayo, pickles. Onions, yes. Barbecue sauce, yes. Some places put a fried egg on a cheeseburger, YES!
If you tell me you don't like burgers... I will question your humanity.
I'm a 400' lizard. I thrive on animal flesh. But...
I like mine med-rare, no cheese, but tomato, raw onion, with ketchup or BBQ sauce. I'm a simple man. Err... lizard (getting too caught up in my human avatar).
However, being 57, I need to be careful. At last exam, I was doing well medically, but I don't want to tempt fate. So, I eat red meat maybe once every week or two. I mostly eat fish or chicken, and more often than not I enjoy a baked salmon or trout.
Desserts on the other hand... sugars / carbs are my dietary weakness.
But, going back to topic, I also LOVE the Whopper. Simply scrumptious. And, if you live in the NYC area, there are Greek diners that, in my opinion, make some of the best diner burgers.
