I will venture a guess and say 'True'.

I find it very interesting that people have been putting a question mark after their statement-to-consider.
(The only question mark required or needed is after the 'real' question of 'True or False?'. And, of course, it is understood if the question mark is left off.)
Do you realize that - "gramatically speaking" - you
invalidate your 'statement' by asking a question instead of making a statement -
obscuring it in doubt. It is like saying "you tell me, because I really don't know"...
Not meaning to criticize - just making an observation.
