*Shoves all the books off the table and onto the floor with one arm

^^
Hilarious..and so cute. I can picture it!
Trust me, Chick--watching me turn into Greedy Glutton with an entire loaf of bread (plus butter plus minced garlic) won't be so cute... :p Especially when I snarl at anyone who tries to take any from me.

Thank you for the compliment ,Kim! I might get into selling my decorated ones this coming Autumn or Winter :). I've been selling the plain blown ones as decorations (or for others to decorate) for quite a few months, and it's great; I get to enjoy each one's beauty for a bit before mailing them out :D. These I emptied first, yes. Oh, and I totally get when you mean about switching colors of fabrics to stay interested in the project. I usually try to empty several different colors of eggs per round for maximum brain enjoyment :). If I ever get a tattoo, it'll be temporary for sure; can't imagine having the same pattern on my arm for years :D!

And to anyone who didn't catch it, yes, all the colors on the eggs were placed there by the chickens' bodies :).

BTW Kim, I added another pic to the post, though I assume you saw it :).

Uh... a whole loaf?

*Lynx looks around warily, backs up toward the door and picks up his sourdough bread on the way....

If I have a stick of butter I can eat half a loaf, but... really? You can eat a whole loaf at one time?

You're just going to have to send one this way and find out.

*It might take a few test runs. Send several, just in case.*

That, and chocolate. After all, who wants just a one-course meal?!

P.S. I didn't say I could EAT an entire loaf at one time (of course, I didn't say I couldn't, either) but I can certainly HOARD an entire loaf... and several more... all at one time.

My fun colorful socks

My current labor of love...it's gonna be a lightweight hooded pullover sweater. The finished back with the arm hole indent is the larger piece and the front is on the needles. Once I finish the front I will work the sleeves and hood and bring together. So excited for this one!

I don't have any pics yet, so I'm just going to list my new (and not so new) hobbies for now...

Singing (new)
Yup, watch out world!! :p I even bought one of those expensive condensor microphones.

Airsoft and BB guns (new)
For target practice only (no animals). This is my newest hobby. I started only a couple months ago. I already own several guns, but its because they're not that expensive.

Drumming

RC helicopters

Photography

Computer flight simulation

This is really exciting. I remember wanting to try out Airsoft lol but then I realise I was more of an indoor person lol.

My current hobby is trying to get all of my favorite recipes out of my mother. She's part of the old school where there is no such thing as measuring or timers. It's all by looks and taste. As you can imagine, this makes asking her for cooking/baking instructions rather interesting. It's really fun, though.

Chick, I like the socks; they look really cozy :). Only thing is ... you folded part of it, and now I can't tell if they're toe socks or not!!! :D

I'm loving all these projects! Seoul, your sewing amazes me! I wish I could sew sooo bad! Oh, the things I could make!

I'm currently in a painting frenzy. I've been asked by quite a few people to paint custom work for them, and that's been keeping me busy in my free time. :D

My only project is to stay awesome.
Don't listen to her, you guys . We already established that music counts, and she's great at that, or at least I think so.

C'mon, Melita, give them your soundcloud link!

I actually use my guns indoors. For the airsoft, I have a sticky target that looks like a dartboard and has a rubbery gel on it so the little plastic bb's stick to it. The airsoft bb's aren't really strong enough to damage anything. They won't even go through cardboard. Just have to wear eye protection. Here's the target I use...

Note: this target can't be used for steel bb's, only the plastic ones.

For my bb guns I use a cardboard box filled with rubber mulch. It can even stop real bullets! The bb's go through the cardboard and get trapped in the box. :)

Ive got a cheap bb pistol but it not so cheap that it blows up or gets jammed more that it works as any bb gun would but i bought it at a cheap price. im currently as we speak doing sling shot practice but boy that is not easy! but i think i have better aim with the sling than my bb gun. I need to improve aim.

Yea bb guns are awesome aren't they?! :D There's a lot of helpful videos on youtube on how to improve your aim if you want to.

There's videos on how to replace the slingshot band too. Be careful with that thing. Slingshots scare me lol.

I do have a tip though.. one of the main reasons a person's aim is off is because they are moving too much when they squeeze the trigger. You have to squeeze it continuously without any jerky motion of the hand or arm. Here's a really good video from a shooting champion..

I've decided to work on books again. How or when I'm going to start, I'm not sure. School has started up again, so we'll see.
