Have you SEEN how many posts I've made today? I think I refresh every 30 minutes or so. Granted, I'm randomly sick today and have nothing better to do. Lol
Hope you feel better soon, Catlynn.

I love Tintin (don't we all? :p). I've been a fan since I was 7 years old. I own all 24 Tintin adventures, plus several French editions. I have 14 non-fiction books about Herge (his creator) and Tintin. One of them is entirely in French and I don't speak one word of the language. I hope to translate the French book (eventually) using online translating software. I dressed up as Tintin for my 21st and as Captain Haddock for the movie release (late 2011). I created a Tintin doll for Textiles class in high school. I created a couple different Tintin T-shirt print stencils and designs for Visual Arts. When we drew still life drawings in Art, I would always get told off for including Tintin in my drawings. :)

I like to think that you'd get to listen to better "hold music" if you call the Holy Spirit. A choir of angels or...I dunno, the Beatles or something.

Any Dr. Who fans draw tally marks on a roommate or family member on the 23'rd?
Any Doctor Who fans would know never to write it as Dr. Who. Who isnt any part of his name. He goes by The Doctor. Invariably when he tells people this they respond with Doctor Who? Thus the name of the show. Gosh people get it together.

Bingo, tintinman, you are like Oz, you are all-knowing, great, and , powerful :D Been eating way too many shrimp on the barbie is my excuse for 'that.' :D

Seriously, yeah, that was the show, it was on after I'd watched Cold Case and really it was not so much not getting into it, as I watched 2-3 episodes of Cold Case or Law and Order and could not afford to watch tv all day and Charmed started at 2 in the afternoon or thereabouts and I had to quit being so geeky at some point in the day, don't ya think, really, I just had to go do some work. :D

I bet my Dad would like to differ, lol[: he found a way to connect 4 games of Scotland Yard and play with two people lol. And they're all the original issues. I come from a line of nerds, it's short but I'll keep it going lol.

I like words.

I know random words that most people have never even heard of. As I result nobody ever wants to play scrabble with me. I don't have many 'Words with Friends' friends either lol. However, my Mother wins all her games by simply handing me her phone and saying 'What's that word?'. Oddly enough she no longer asks for the meanings, she just says 'Thank you'.

I like spelling, reading, grammar and pretty much anything to do with words.

Spelling mistakes and grammatical errors jump out at me, I don't even have to look for them.

I may or may not have found errors in advertising brochures I've received in the mail, edited them, and posted the edited version back to the company. This may or may not have occurred on more than one occasion.

I correct your poor grammar in my head when you're speaking to me.

I own a T-shirt with the slogan 'I'm so adjective I verb nouns' written on it.

I do admit to editing an online job advertisement for a 'Newspaper Editor'. The ad was full of mistakes, it was obvious they needed an Editor. I didn't apply for the position, instead I edited their terrible advertisement and emailed it back to them, with the original advertisement as a comparison, highlighting the errors. Strangely enough they never replied, but they did replace their ad on the online job-seeking website with my revised edition. I consider that a win.

Pics. NOW *eyes* Any favourites you'd recommend? Don't say Settlers or carcassonne... What type is your preference?

Iraasup sounds like you want to edit my thesis?

Through early morning fog I see
Visions of the things to be
The pains that are withheld for me
I realise and I can see

That suicide is painless
It brings on many changes
And I can take or leave it if I please

lol... I didn't want to leave realise as realize.

It's brilliant, and the expansions are good - haven't really played many of the sequels. BUT - I want to know something I don't already.
