Honestly...I wasted two years of my life just pursuing and looking for girls just because I followed some "rules" on dating and wasted hours reading dating books. I became a fool and ended up being the circus clown of the story. Not anymore. I definitely and totally agree with Liamson in this: Being myself is more than enough. And I was a very selfish person, unable to treasure a friendship because I never cared about it. And right now, to be honest, I am not ready for a relationship yet. I need to grow up more in many things. I am 27 years old, but sometimes I act like a 14 year old. So, I prefer to be focused, read my Bible more and get rid of my dumb religious attitude that caused me to destroy beautiful friendships in the past.

This isn't a thread about a list of wants/expectations. Its a thread asking what actions you are, or are not taking in finding a spouse.

And those types of threads have come up. And it is pretty much expected you're going to see #1 on your list on others lists. Might pay to check things out before making assumptions from one thread you misunderstood.

I haven't answered this question yet so I will answer dear ole zere's Q now. I'm always praying, for God's will for me life, and, if a girl friend is in my future, near or far, no worries, He will provide the timing perfectly for something to happen.

Until then, I will keep watching the movie , 'It Could Happen To You.' :D WAIT! That's not about love, is it, that's about winning the lottery?

Well, so be it then, I sure would like to win the lottery :D That would be ONE FINE DAY and I would rank that day right behind the riches I would feel inside for meeting a girl friend whom God would make my wife for the rest of my life. :)
