aw thanks
I have no idea, they just seem to like being mean. It gets things done at school? Makes them feel powerful? I dunno.
Aww that is rough!! If I was your principal and you were a librarian that worked under me I would treat you well. I’d even have hot lunches brought in for staff on certain days!! 😀

um

I used to have hot lunch every week for the children...at my other school we had pizza every week, I would pick it up for them. the new school, they had a cafe, but the kitchen staff were so grumpy I never really got to have a hot lunch, and then I got told off for having my lunch at the wrong time once.

anyway, I hope the next school is much better, the librarian said no they wont micromanage you, you can do anything you like nobody cares what I do ...!

I dont know if thats good or bad. I dont know if I like principals who pass the buck all the time. Sometimes I wonder why schools even need principals since a lot of them dont like their jobs or dont do them properly. I had this hunch that the principal was jealous of the librarian cos we had all the fun and they didnt

My sister called the the principal I had a fun sponge. She did kind of seem like she never had a day of fun in her whole life she was so uptight about everything....

well I had my interview/walk through and it seems like the girls high school is alright to work in and everyone is nice...and I will even have an assistant and not have to teach! I dont mind teaching though its just some classes can be badly behaved and you end up having to teach manners before teaching anything else. But thats children not teenagers. Teens are a bit more grown up and able to be reasoned with I think. Children have very short attention spans and when they get in a big group all they wanna do is play.
