Hmm... that much money. Take care of whatever i needed to for debts and getting myself some things. Would pay off all my closest friends and families debts (even the ones i don't like) and give them all a good chunk of money. For those with special dreams, perhaps help them get started, such as starting a business. But with the stipulation that the money i give them is all they get. If they waste it or use it poorly i am not an ATM. They live with whatever they do with their money at that point.
I'd put up high end shelters for abused women with top legal and security available to them. Put them up all over. Job training. Self defense, etc..
Off the top of my head those are the first things. Given more time i'm sure i'd add more. Such as supporting homeless shelters and food ministries. Aiding 3rd world countries to bring food and medicine. I'm moody, so it would probably change every so often haha.
Perhaps set up some high quality hospitals for mental health.
Fund groups fighting sex trafficking.
