I was married to a man like that. I put up with it and over time it really had an negative affect on my self esteem. Over time our relationship suffered a great deal because of it. If he doesn't care that it bothers you, that is a red flag you shouldn't ignore. You may be able to overlook it now but it gets pretty old after a few years.

Just because there is no sex involved doesn't mean there isn't a fair degree of lust. A man gawking at another woman isn't thinking "gee, I like her dress", he's thinking thoughts which I do not care to elaborate on.

If it were "daydreaming" you can look deep inside their pupils and see it is not.

We do that in Venezuela. I was used to do it, a lot; but I have found out girls and women felt offended when getting too much fat, for example, and there are more reason than things some would think he/she is a glutton or a lazy person (sometimes hormonal problems).

Girls/women do have an advantage to bother with our social status, college, personal achievement and, of course, making "fun" on those personal intimate parts some would like to find surgery, medical treatment or any kind of help.

As someone here has said: We've allowed society tells what they want us to do, instead of listening to God's tips.
