I work out every morning for about 30-45 mins.....it just depends though on how much time I have before i leave to school (I teach). If I don't have time in the morning, then I try and workout after I'm back home. If I can't workout, i try and go for a walk...love walking.
I use the treadmill every alternate day for about 20 mins.....and the rest of the days I do ab crunches, weights and stretches. I just bought a hula hoop a couple of days ago so i can try to add that when I exercise....it helps tone the stomach muscles.....n just to throw in a bit of fun too....lol.
I workout coz it helps improve my health and helps me stay fit so i can use that energy for my spiritual goals.....like if I go on a mission trip or a donation drive that i had recently and had to carry SO many bags by myself....lol.....things like that you know.....you never know when you might need it ...n i'm surprised at how much it helps!....it's amazing to take care of our body , coz it's the temple of the Holy Spirit too and I can't ignore the temple in which the Holy Spirit resides....
And plus it makes me feel really good in the trial room when I fit into something I like...Lol....
