I work out in the mornings by jumping on my exercise bike for half hour to an hour. Now if I can only keep myself from eating a donut while I am on there. :D

I work out every morning for about 30-45 mins.....it just depends though on how much time I have before i leave to school (I teach). If I don't have time in the morning, then I try and workout after I'm back home. If I can't workout, i try and go for a walk...love walking.
I use the treadmill every alternate day for about 20 mins.....and the rest of the days I do ab crunches, weights and stretches. I just bought a hula hoop a couple of days ago so i can try to add that when I exercise....it helps tone the stomach muscles.....n just to throw in a bit of fun too....lol.
I workout coz it helps improve my health and helps me stay fit so i can use that energy for my spiritual goals.....like if I go on a mission trip or a donation drive that i had recently and had to carry SO many bags by myself....lol.....things like that you know.....you never know when you might need it ...n i'm surprised at how much it helps!....it's amazing to take care of our body , coz it's the temple of the Holy Spirit too and I can't ignore the temple in which the Holy Spirit resides....
And plus it makes me feel really good in the trial room when I fit into something I like...Lol....

I am getting ready to start zumba. Zumba is a fast paced latin dance based aerobics class. It is really fun and I like the music. It is really fast and kinda hard to keep up with for me because I do not know the moves. Once I get the moves it should be a breeze. I also like to take brisk walks, do sit ups, and get on the tread mill. I also want to try the ab circle pro, yoga, and pilates.

I don't need a gym. I'm active enough at work climbing up and down planes, over and under, and back and forth between buildings. I figure I probably walk about 2 km a day. not to mention bending over and squating all the time.

I have to be doing something I really like in order to "work out". I have a gazelle and some other equipment, but, unless I'm watching the news while doing it, I won't do it at all.

I liked the benefits of martial arts, but don't do that anymore. I teach dance one evening a week now (ballet and modern for kids when school is in session; and salsa and swing for adults in the summer). It really is a fun way to stay in shape. :)

I really hate exercise, but I'm hoping I'll gain an appreciation for it someday. I've been working on making it a habit to exercise lately. I do it because I know that I will feel better about myself, I'll look better, and I know it is the next thing for me to work on, now that I've done pretty well at changing my eating habits. I'm close to my weight loss goal, but I know that exercise is what will get me the rest of the way, and I'll look even better when I get there. More importantly, exercise has been shown to keep cancer, heart disease, and high cholesterol (among other things) at bay. It even helps to lower your chances of getting type 2 diabetes, which not only runs in my family, but which I have a higher likelihood of getting because of another medical condition I have. Plus, it helps me sleep better. And I need my beauty rest. ;)

i wrokout beacause im kina insecure about how i look, (face wise) and i work out when im stressed and up set i run anywhere from 2-7 miles depending on my emotions, i am a strong twig many people say, im thin but strong

lately i've been doing pull-ups, push-ups, and different ab exercises. cardio is important but i tend to neglect it. i also work my back when i remember, i have these darn flat feet.
