Thank you..... i just feel everyone should know about my devotion to the pretzel combos. They give me life... they raise my blood sugar when im goin into a hypoglycemic attack

The last time I had combos within the day I ate the whole bag and I had heartburn and strange dreams.

i hate heartburn!!!! thank god my beloved combos have never given that to me...... i can never just eat one or two..... i have to eat the whole bag

I hate heartburn as well. I must say though since I've been working out regularly I haven't gotten it in a long time.

ohhh yeah running especially is great for heart burn acid reflux all that stuff...... i used to have horrible esophial spasms and acid problems but when i started running years ago... it has all but diminished!!! its amazing what excersize does for your body

I have to take a gym class at school, because otherwise, I wouldn't excercise at all. Excercising is a good stress reliever for me.

The college I go has a fitness class. I'd attend it if I wasn't full up with two majors!

I walk 5 miles every other day. I go to the YMCA alot and work out!!!! swim, dance class's. it keeps me going and makes me feel good and hyper the rest of the day I love it!!!!!

Exercising early in the morning, then a hot shower. Gets me ready to take on my day!
