2 Corinthians 6:14 Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership has righteousness with lawlessness? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?

I think this says it all. To be fair marrying a non-christians women can have very distressing implications, if she fails to accept God, could you live with someone knowing they are likely to go to Hell? If she is going to become a Christian then encourage it, however until then you just gotta hang in there. I urge you to save yourself from heart-ache!

It may or may not work. It depends.. But on my personal viewpoint, it will be easier if couples share the same ideology. If both spends time together in working out their relationship to God, they both nourish their spirituality and will prevent themselves from having conflicts and dispute.

I know I am a year late, but I need to give you some advice if you haven't gone and already done it. If she does not know God as her saviour, and she does not show any interest in accepting Jesus into her life, you need to forget about it. It is NOT going to work. I wish there were more people to warn us before we go and do something like this. If she is saved now and you are in a relationship I pray all the best for you both, but other than that. Do NOT do it. You are a Christian Man, and this non Christian woman is going to be the mother of your children... You can argue about Grace, but if the relationship is not glorifying to God, there is absolutely NO point in going down that path PERIOD.

i would say if one is truley babtized in the holy spirit you then hunger for Gods word more than any thing or any desire of this world. and one would have a desire to be equally yoked with such a God believing person.
get into Gods word in the new testiment and pray before seeking a wife or a husband.

it would take patience and long suffering to find out if that person is willing to truly, truley be willing to live/be married to a God believing christian. would a truley saved person leave his faith to be yoked with a non believer? only if they arent truley converted..

In regards to the question, it doesn't matter if it would work or not, you have to ask yourself is it the right thing to do. And its not the right thing to do.
