I wouldn't have been my own friend, say about 3 years ago or earlier. Since then, I have worked hard on myself. Today, I most certainly would be own friend. :)

Well, my best friend and I are basically the same person; it's like we share a brain. So I kinda already am friends with myself :)

I value my friendships very much and appreciate those friendships who extend beyond just moments of convenience. I embrace and provide this committment to my friends as well so yes, I would value having me as a friend.

I want to discuss "What if everybody in the world were just like you?" but I can't decide whether to talk about it here or start a new thread. It would be a minor derail here, but a new thread would look like I was just copying this thread's OP.

I'll talk to myself about it and decide eventually.

Think about it really hard. If you were someone else, would you be your friend? Would you get along with yourself?
I think so after I was saved I stayed pretty much to myself for a while so I kind of forgot the "code of friendship." However, I live in an apartment complex and I have noticed that some of the people I used to greet and chat with seem to spend more time with me now in our discussions and add more to the conversations. They are probably tired of hearing me say I think YouTube is the best invention in the last fifty years. Lol. I'm sure there tired of hearing about the no hitter I pitched in little league as well.

Technically, it was three sentences. She used ellipses instead of commas.
AT LAST!!! Someone who really "gets" me. I just need to find a male version of PoetMary and I think I've found my soulmate (I was going to use ellipses here, but that just might confuse people. Certain people. *Gives Lynx the stank eye.*)

R-U saying she is an ellipses-tic?
Hmm... An epi-llip-tic?

For what it's worth... I do own an elliptical (trainer--my "hamster wheel") and I've been known to *Spaz! Twitch!* suffer from mental tics--and sometimes quite *Spaz! Twitch!* frequently.

I would be friends with myself. But we'd both get annoyed by each other, cause we both talk too much. Unless we could take turns who gets to talk first.

But if we were in different circumstances, even if we're the same person, we probably won't be very much the same anymore. Hmm...

But yeah, we'd be BFFs.

I thought of SOOO many things to respond to this with...so how about just a series of anime frames??

^Great Anime... hmm ... let's see.. what else...

Even though it's bleeped out **Apologies for the reference to a bad word... funny image, but can't find a version without that in the quote**

.......but...

In all seriousness, if there was a clone of me... we'd probably be best friends...and possibly take over the world...

friends?....with myself?......but im scared of myself.

But seriously, from how other people describe me I think I could be friends with myself. We should just make sure we don't do one thing two different ways or our ocd might kick in and we might fight each other to the death....or until we get hungry.
