Lets hope for the best. The worst that can happen is they'll try to convert you. Then it becomes a battle of apologetics. Thats when I quietly slip away into the shadows. Not that I can't argue with them, its just that I already know they aren't interested in what I have to say.

I could totally spend my life with this girl, but problem, shes not Catholic or religious for that...she is totally cool though with my spiritual life so I am wondering if Father would apporve to marry us.. I hope so cause i would go to the end of the world for this girl :)

Is she open to converting? Is she receptive and/or supportive of your faith? If so, then I would say God is calling you to marry her so that she might be saved.

My father was Jewish when my mom married him, and remained so for many years. When I was in my 30s, my dad got baptized. (I was his "godparent" -- how cool is that?) Mom never pushed for it, but simply lived her life as a Christian, and through that, dad came to know God better and better.

Anything is possible for God.

Wasn't St. Helena's husband a pagan who eventually converted because of her faith? Or was that another saint? Either way, perhaps through you living the life of a Catholic, you can be a living witness to the Gospel to her as a husband. Also, if you do get married, you should become a Knight of Columbus too! Not only will it help you fellowship with other Catholic men, but they have THE best available life insurance!

I say do what your heart tells you. This means don't rely so much on what your head tells you. God did say not to lean on our own understanding, but to trust Him instead. If you really feel strongly in your heart that you should propose, then I think you should. I normally would advise against it with someone your age because you're a bit young but you seem mature for your age. Just be prepared for her to say no. She might want to wait. Whatever happens, know that its God's will and don't be discouraged because God always wants whats best for us.

It would most likely be illicit, not invalid. That said, have you talked to your priest about this?

Which one? There's an ancient pagan "goddess" who claimed that title. But there is also the Holy Theotokos who was gifted the title by virtue of her Son.
