Statistically any decrease in a particular std in teens is minimal compared to its rarity before the "enlightenment" of the sexual revolution. All of what we are discussing here is not a result of a lack of sexual education to children but just the opposite. We have taught the most irresponsible and careless segment of our culture "teenagers" that sex feels good, is fun, and is safe if you just wear this. When God teaches us that it is the most intimate, sacred and forever binding act a man and a woman can engage in. I am worried that Christians are compromising God's teaching for man's resoning. His ways are not our ways. Teaching a child how to engage in such a sacred God created and intentioned act before we even teach them to drive a car should defy even man's reasoning!
okay well when i was in scholl they told us how sex works what happens the whole science how contrecptions works and all about stds they never said how good it was or said it was fun and said hey just take a condom and go have sex now serious at least look at what people are teaching i dont know how many shows i seen where american schools teach abestience (however u spell it) and they dont even talk about condoms or how u can protect yourself they even say masturbating is wrong there not educatiing sex there just educating god and trying to scare kids which guess what since the introduction of abestience programmes entered schools there was no decrease in teens haveing sex there was an increase that scare tatic doesnt even work and your still paying money for it and whats worse those kids are not learning about protection

I am forty years old and went to school in the conservative midwest. I was taught about sex, how it works, condom use, the pill, std's....etc etc etc. in the 7th grade. I'm not sure what shows you watch but American schools are far from conservative. As far as abstinence goes, it is only taught as a side note and not the primary method of disease or birth control. Almost a joke. As I said before the problem is that the west has abondoned God.

Take this in to cosideration Not everyone in our world today is christian or muslim or jewish all religions well most call for you to wait untill marraige to have sex and not everyone is a believe of christ or god himself so they live there lives as they want which Im fine with everyone has free will to do as they please and its mainly American that has a reallybad problem with stds and Africa with AIDS becuase lack of education and alot of misconteptions. Theres a movie about it calld LETS TALK ABOUT SEX its really good. And shows how people aregoing to do it regardless of anything its just plain and simple I think we should give teenages th tools to make the choice condoms shoul be a first choice if you want to have sex and the pill just stop pregnacy not anything else so condoms are good but they should also show ppl that hey you can choice to wait as well dont let ppls pressure get too you. Its really just education and all over the world not just American unless we adopt Islam nations rulings of sex outside of marriage or marrying a non virgin can get you stoned to death theres no way anyone is stoping or teenagers are going to stop having sex.

Condoms are fine, they prevent pregnancy and stds. Whats wrong with that?

Having a condom doesn't make you do anything- its just a tool. You, the person, is who chooses to have sex.
