ya it got really hard but i made a bracelet with the cross on it yesterday and i have other things on my wrist to to remind me of the fight

p.s. if you struggle with this like me put the cross on you wrist and tie it there tight the moment you think of lust look at that cross i can tell you how much it helps me

Well, I didn't want to use crude words so I used the word " onanism " to mean exactly what " m...on " means. That's it.

For all you guys who are "liking" this and really want help and support with everything, I'm really going to encourage you to join the men's discussion chat group (not chat room). ServantStrike has a link to it on his signature, and I think we could all benefit from it. So far it's just me and Servant using it, and that's pretty sad considering it has 36 members, several of whom are aware of this thread.

1 Corinthians 10 states the following:
[SUP]13 [/SUP]There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it

And also good scripture, Proverbs 27:
[SUP]17 [/SUP]Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.

Good on you, Zao, and servant. This is probably one of the most difficult issues people in general face (sexuality and the difference between sexual immorality/ sin and the God-given version of sex).

I often avoid these (for many reasons), but seeing as this is more of a community accountability than simple speculation or debate, I'm willing to give it a try.

I've been a part of things like here a bit in the past, and have some resources that we may be interested in (so I'll probably repost this in the other thread , too).

There is very little debate - so you'll fit right in. There aren't going to be "is x type of sex not really sex" debates or any of that nonsense.

A large part of the discussion is stamping out sexual sin, but as more join and as more break the chains, then we can be there for new members who are struggling, and we can delve even deeper into other ways that we as men can be better Christian men. You aren't a real man unless you follow Christ :)

My dad loved me when i was young, And HE had my back. No anger no nothing, but at the age of 5 i started dwelling into this sin. Got punished for it, so i started doing it in secret. So i would say nooo resentment no anger, i just loved the feeling it gave me. Stopped for a couple years(never forgetting it completely though), from the ages of 11 to 18 was doing A LOT of porn and masturbation. A LOT, got worse in the age of 18, i even downloaded porn on my moms phone and got caught for it. the only thing i knew was PORN, PORN, PORN And wanted to have sex so bad, that i grew anger towards any lady that said NO to me.

After i got saved, and knew only of CHRIST, i would say the LORD has helped me a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT............

and the only possible response i could ever have towards HIM is to give HIM everything i have!!..

So when i sing HE saved me, or gave me a second chance or i will never leave HIM. I MEAN IT..

Hope THE LORD helps all that are struggling this..

The blood of JESUS is able to wash this sin off our hearts, and the chains behind it. The very Name of JESUS we can use to rebuke the memories and demonic feelings that come in our way.

Well porn is the worst place a man can go tor relieve stress, or to have as a hobby. or to learn new bed moves, smh. when you watch it and come out of it, your wife or woman will never be a wife, but an object. And you will use her to fulfill your desires.

and it is something to actually know for a lady or man before she gets married, asking each other, DID YOU EVER WATCH PORN? or do you have a habit of it?
