always remember that you were fearfully and wonderfully made. God loves all his creations, even if they stray sometimes.

my friend. every man/woman falls short of the grace of god. the key is love. know that god loves you more than you can imagine. so in return you have to show him love. it is as simple as this, ask god to cast all evil out of you and give you the gift of overwhelming faith, and while u ask this beleive 100% that it is going to come true. ask for peace and contentness. turn your back to ALL sin and do not look back

Remember bad things are easier to do. Is just like junk food is not good for us but we eat it anyway. God choose you because he knows your heart. He doesn't look at the outside He look deep in your heart and who knows your heart better than Him. We all a long way to go before we can be like Jesus Christ. he knew that it was going to be hard for us so He left us the NEW TESTATENT. The OLD TESTATENT is much harder GOD demanded much more from those people. Pray as often as you can and ask Him to change you confess to Him everything with a sincere heart and read the living word. As Him to give you the strenght, serenity, and wisdom so you can deal with your situation. God bless you. I will pray for you.

This is an old thread come back to life...

God allows us to fall flat on our face into sin over and over for a purpose. That purpose is to humble us so that we lose all hope in ourselves and instead fall helplessly at the feet of Jesus.

Galatians 3:24
24Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.

However, not everyone who is defeated by sin will ever be humbled. The vast majority shall die in a defeated state and not enter into the Kingdom of God. We must press on and pray that God will cause us to fall to the ground and die to self - and most importantly - to lose all hope in our own righteousness, and to trust in the Righteousness of God instead.

Matthew 7
14Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

Matthew 7:21-23
21Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
22Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
23And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

John 12:24
24Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit.

Philippians 3:9
9And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:

This thing called Grace - that begins where human strength fails - is something I cannot describe. I cannot see it, I cannot hold it. I do not know in any wise how I might describe it except to say that when my strength fails, it appears and lifts me now above the sin. When I no longer have any hope but to fall and do evil, somehow I do not.

But humility (loss of all confidence in self to be holy), absolute honesty with God, and a state of being utterly fed up with the world must come first, or Grace will never be found.

I suppose that as long as we hope in broken cisterns to keep us fulfilled we shall never seek the Fountain of Life, and without seeking we shall never find.
