This man was truly on a mission from God. He never flinched once. Only God Almighty can give a man that kind of strength and focus. God rises up early to send His prophets to a lost and fallen world and no one listens.

Yes indeed rainin, this man had a passion to reach as many of those sodomites as he possibly could. Knowing that all of them are on the broad road of Hell, Destruction, and an eternal Lake of Fire.

The blinds over the eyes and minds of these sodomites is very unfortunate. Satan, the god of this world (2 Cor. 4:4) has greatly blinded them and has them deceived.

And just as you said this man was on a mission from God.

God enabled and gave this man strength, focus, and Biblical boldness to proclaim the light and truth of the glorious Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.

This man has courage -- an enviable amount undoubtedly.

But he shouldn't try to stop them by saying they'll burn in hell, that's outright offensive. These people should be able to feel good with whatever gender they want and this guy is just aggravating everything.

Trying to stop them is the mission God gave him. Hell may be a bit offensive but it is where they will burn.

Yes, I am sure. I don't need to prove anything.

The gospel's truth is offensive to unbelievers but this should not stop us from proclaiming it nor should we present an adulterated one, for if we do so we remove its saving power. We should always present the reality of hell and consequence of sin despite the fact that it's unpalatable.

Besides, if we stop from preaching and repeating, we'll be part of the earthly hell. I say it because "politically" we have stopped from telling thuths and, in Venezuela, sinners prevail over decent people. This does not mean mean we are better, it just mean ungodly people rule over those who want to live a decent and simple life, but many resigned to fight with God's word or the sword of the mouth.

Why can't gay people believe what they want and love who they want . . . they harm no one else. "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." Jesus preached of love and acceptance.

Well, we'd be lying to them if we said the bible supported it.

There are better ways to preach to the lost than to yell at them and call them sodomites though, in my opinion.

[SUP]Nothing wrong with street preaching.... how are people going to know until someone tells them ? Some people will never set foot in a church .. so how shall they hear without a preacher ? Check out the Bible... most great men of God were street preachers. :)

Romans 10:
13
[/SUP]For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
[SUP]14 [/SUP]How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?
[SUP]15 [/SUP]And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!
[SUP]16 [/SUP]But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report?
[SUP]17 [/SUP]So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

I've heard this far too many times from atheists. What you're really saying is I can't be bothered to find out what Jesus really said, so I'll just make up crap by only pulling out the bits with which I agree. Not cool and oh, so old hat.

Nothing wrong with it indeed!

Just, it may be a good idea to show them some of that love of Christ instead of going straight for the throat every time.

I wouldn't start the conversation with "you're a dirty sodomite." That's later, and more in the vein of "but look, there are things you cling to that Christ is not okay with. There were things in my life I gave up for Him too. It will pay in the end, but it will be a struggle at first as you slowly die to the world and rapidly start living in Christ."

Oh so true. Picking and choosing is the new blend of permissive Christianity though. It's the politically correct way to deal with things, because having a dissenting opinion based upon what the bible actually says, well that's just intolerance!

People can do what ever they want to do. God gave us all free will. If I were doing something that was going to send me straight to Hell, I would expect someone to tell me about it....it's human nature.

Street preaching worked for many, many years but there's some much distrust and cynicism from people these days, that this approach just doesn't work well with most. Most relate on a relational level, in the form of friendship or something approaching that. Then trust and a willingness to listen come much more readily. I'm not saying that all street preaching is evil or that the other approach always get results, there will always be people who reject God's Word, no matter the presentation style. But I believe, for most, the best approach to tell others about Christ, is to get to know them, be real with them, dialogue with them, know who you are and what you believe and live for Christ.

You take the message seriously, and still disagree with the way it is delivered...

What a nut.
