Hey guys,
I just want to make it clear from the get go that I am NOT interested in giving nor recieving oral sex, but this question is out of curiousity because I've been thinking about it alot.
I want to know the Christian perspective about having/doing it BEFORE marriage. I'm too shy to bring this question up at youth group, so i figured why not ask it here.
So many of my friends are talking about it, and it brought up the question in my head
"How wrong is it to do it before marriage?".
If someone could please answer this for me it would be great.
Thanks :)

JOB 19:25 :)

If you want to be totally honest, oral sex isn't supposed to be done after marriage either because it's considered sexual immorality (same with other forms of sex). Sorry if that's too blunt but... yup. Not sure about heavy touching though.

lol don't worry about being too blunt, it doesn't matter to me because i don't engage in sinful things like that.
Whats your definition of sexual immorality? I agree with you that other forms of sex are wrong even after marriage because your backside wasnt made for sexual pleasure, but is oral really a sexual immorality even after you're married and engaging in it with your husband?

I thought it was, but a quick Google search (Google is a great bible tool if you know what to type in) hasn't given me the answers I expected. Maybe I was wrong.

I 4got the verse but... the most basic way of explaining it is that you are spilling the seed of life, which also means anal sex and masturbation is a sin.

i wont do oral sex, not because it's immoral, but because the they are for "output" and using mouth for eating and doing oral is like allowing something not hygiene entering my mouth.

Its called oral sex for a reason. Lol it's sex.

I've not seen anything in the Bible to suggest that oral sex is inappropriate in the context of marriage; so long as it is used for foreplay and not as a replacement for actual, procreative intercourse.

I think there are a lot of misconceptions and misunderstands here. I think it is clear that ANY type of sex is biblically wrong before marriage, and that God wants us to wait. Concerning after marriage, why would God want to deprive a married couple of any type of intimacy that they would want to do together? I have personally never read, seen or heard of God forbidding oral sex or any sex during marriage for that matter. Concerning oral sex :
According to Christiananswers.net: "No where does the Bible forbid it or discuss it. There is no biblical evidence that it is a sin against God for a husband and wife to express love for each other in this way. Even the book of Leviticus, which mentions many Old Testament sex-related prohibitions and rules for the Israelites, never mentions it. We see no reason to believe that expressing affection for one's mate in this way is forbidden or would necessarily harm one's walk with God."
Although as a nurse, I wouldn't recommend it, as our backsides were definitely not made for sex , I did find mixed reviews from Christian sites on sex. The only reference to sodomy in the bible is made towards homosexuality not heterosexuality. I guess it would have to be up to interpretation.

Sex isn't just for procreation it's also a form of boding closer with your partner.

Also has anyone else found this site? [link to inappropriate deceptive anti-Christian content removed by admin] To be honest I really don't know what to think about that site. >.<

I know, I was like (¬_¬'')
Me too especially because with that kind of sex you can tear bits inside you if you don't know what you are doing which is a bit scary that it's advocating that first. At least from what I've been told. XD

I've actually heard christians who believe that oral sex was ok. I liked a guy, who when i was uncomfortable with how far things were going and wanted to make sure we were on the same page, purity wise said he believed that it was ok. I was like ah no not happening. And we moved on from there (the relationship was a short one). but yeah its definetly leading toward sex...Of course since my last relationship I also hae VERy strict lines for myself involving relationships, and how far is too far...Maybe more limits than some christians (inclding myself and my ex prior) but i also realized after the damage that doing certain things can do to yourself.

Well the scripture doth say that what goes into the mouth does not defile a person:

"It's not what goes into your mouth that defiles you;.." Matthew 15:11 NLT
