If it were the Earth rotating around the Sun it would make no sense for Joshua to command the Sun to stand still. Rather, that command would be given to the Earth.

9 Their measure is longer than the earth and wider than the sea
(My Note): You can neither have these measurements when dealing with a sphere, nor with an expanding universe. Only with a Flat, stationary Plane.

(My Note): A Footstool is a flat, disc-like surface set atop 4 legs (pillars). NO Footstool would ever be confused to be a spherical, spinning and moving orb.
