I doubt you've ever seen an ant's legs either, from any sort of distance, but I assure
you they do exist, and they're not hidden by any imaginary curvature of the Earth.
That looks like the type of nonsense answer you were complaining about.

I think you should better describe your observation, because the sun's apparent size can depend on several factors. But I understand that on a clear day, the sun will appear smallest when it is overhead (around noon), and largest at sunrise and sunset.

My thinking for this is that our clearest view of the sun is at midday, when it is mostly overhead. As it moves further away, there is diffraction of sunlight due to the additional atmosphere it has to penetrate to reach you (atmosphere is thicker closer to the ground, so is easier to penetrate top-down, than horizontally), which can actually make the sun appear larger despite it being further away. Note also it is usually easier to look at the sun at sunset rather than midday, for the same reasons.
Unfortunately your idea os simply incorrect. The sun’s apparent size changes because of reference information. The sun (and moon) look huge when there is abundant foreground data such as at rise/set. It has nothing to do with refraction.

I already proved to you how radar disproved ball-Earth on a different thread. Radar supports a flat Earth, not a ball-Earth.
You have proved nothing. All you managed to do is display your complete ignorance. You ignored everything I had to say on the subject, in spite of the fact that I studied then worked on microwave devices for four years. You ignore the facts then concoct a fantasy that only you and your equally deluded fellow flat earthers believe.
