I'm pretty sure Satan has no authority over God.. But God separated himself from sin (the world), and its obvious that the adversary was given free reign for awhile "We know that we are from God, and the whole world lies in the power of the evil one." (1 John 5:19)... That said, Satan's deception is real, but I don't think it is personified by robotic behavior, although there are a lot of mind-numbed people around. We are either alive in Christ, or dead in the world 
Something else worth mentioning, when it comes to "robotic people" have a read up on brain chip implants for soldiers.
It just seems everything today technologically speaking, just seeing more and more ways to completely destroy a person's ability to tell the difference between what is morally right and wrong. And having that big door stop, aka the TV as the medium used to teach children what is acceptable and what isn't, then the end result is going to be a bunch of human drones.
As the built in CPU inside the human head (the brain) gets programmed from a young age with all so much nonsense theories that makes absolutely no sense, it should come no surprise as they get older, (especially in current times) they will be incapable of rational thinking. I think this is what one can refer to as the generation of snowflakes.

Some mornings I go straight from the bed to the couch. I don't brush my teeth, I don't comb my hair. I just lay on the couch and scratch. Should I be worried?
anybody who doesn't brush their teeth or comb their hair before 'scratching' should be committed!!!...

Actually, people who move mechanically or wrench around in jolting movements are usually in psychological discomfort. There are many people these days who stress in public places and have social anxiety. They often scratch themselves (usually their scalp or back of neck) while talking because they are nervous or insecure. Rather than accuse folks of being demonic, why don't you befriend them and let the light of Jesus Christ shine thru you? That's what Jesus calls us to do, right? Love your neighbor, like the Good Samaritan.
Your observation that little children are playing a secretive robotic game devised by the devil causes me concern. I honestly think you are obsessing and perhaps counselling with a reputable Christian therapist will help you reason this out with God. Also, find a group of spiritually mature Christians with whom you can find fellowship and have Bible studies. Get actively involved in living joyfully rather than withdrawing from life and suspecting people are robotic slaves of the devil.

hub and I went to a garage sale' a few days ago, and there was a 'little one', maybe
between the age of 2-to early 3 or 4, and I noticed right away that he was enmeshed in a
game that he was holding, while sitting in his stroller - I heard his mother tell him to do something
as in 'right now', and he totally IGNORED her and continued on with his 'game'...
