That don't make sense. The vaccine comes in individual dose vials. They would have to get four shots to be given four times the dose. If they received four times the two shot series, they would have had eight shots. Just don't make sense.
Ha, ha. For once, I agree with you. There's more to this than meets the eye, I believe. Possibly they're trying to demonstrate how "safe" these things are, or perhaps some of the patients have died already, and they're looking for excuses...

Don't know, but it's a bizarre situation.

I would get a new doctor. The Moderna is less effective against the South African variant. Less effective does not mean not protected.

or, just have a strong immune system, , and be very protected.....

I was thinking about this covid19 vaccine...😮 I don't want it...but here where I am right now they might not allow us(foreigners) to enter the country if we don't have it 😥 I might lose my job and could not come back here... I actually don't know what to do right now... If vaccines will be required to fly or travel in and out of the country...or when I travel to another state... 🤔

I just think its an excuse their giving for the fact that they died after the vaccine

Don't worry about taking the shots. They are not the Mark of the beast. They are not preparation for the mark of the beast. If you take them, they may save your life when you encounter one who hasn't taken the shots, and is carrying the covid19.

If you travel in and out of any country, I hope that you have the recommended vaccinations for your country and the country that you are traveling to.

For the first time in weeks, our weekly county flu hospitalizations has exceeded our county covid19 hospitalizations.

The number of new cases among our senior population has fallen drastically. Almost 15% of our county residents have received at least one vaccination, and 10% of the population have received both. That is a large majority of the county's over 65 age group.

Instead of finding all these conspiracy sites, take a close look at the numbers in your own community. You may be surprised at the results.

My worry is that if the virus changes after I get a vaccine it won't matter. I have gotten the flu vaccine plenty of times and they just say there is a new flu this year. lol. Not sure if it is better to just wait longer to get vaccinated or what.

We are finding out as we go. There have been variants. The vaccines are still effective with some of them. One of them caused the Moderna effective rate to go down from 95% to 75% against that variant, I think it was the South African but I could be wrong. '
'
The mRNA vaccines have the benefit of easily producing boosters that take care of variants which is one of the main advantages of the mRNA technology. THIS IS GOOD NEWS FOR SCIENCE AND VACCINE TECHNOLOGY but is lost in the noise and not reported on as well as it will be later as more journalists become educated about these things.

There is a variant in New York that is troubling the CDC right now. My guess is that a mRNA vaccine boost can take care of it for those who have already been vaccinated.

It is called the B.1.526 variant and it started in New York so it is also called the New York variant. It can dodge the antibodies created by the vaccines. Does that mean it can dodge antibodies created by a tweaked mRNA booster? I don't know yet. I have to read more.

I would not wait to get a vaccine just because there are variants. Better to get protected from the variants that the vaccine does work on and worry about getting new vaccines for new variants when they become a problem. Waiting is just going to result in more of the same, possible long illnesses, hospitalizations or deaths. I am not much of a gambler. I would rather have the security of immunity over the roll of a dice hoping I am not the 2% that die.

Who died? Was that part of the story? I must have missed it.

I tend to agree with you. I'm not a gambler either and would rather be safe than sorry. My husband is a lot more skeptical though and he changes my mind sometimes. There is just so much conflicting information it makes my head spin.

Many scientists are saying that COVID is just another strain of flu.
Actually real scientists that know what they are talking about say:

COVID-19 and the flu are caused by different viruses. COVID-19 is caused by a new coronavirus called SARS-CoV-2, while influenza is caused by influenza A and B viruses.

So there is that. :)

Read data from sites like the CDC, FDA, Harvard Medical, Various medical universities and science journals.

Avoid all the conspiracy theory sites, youtube talking heads, or rambling wierdos telling you they know what's up and all the scientist are lying to you. They are the ones that are lying. Don't let people intimidate you with emotional appeals and fear tactics. Stick to the published science data that can be found on credible sites.

This is something we will all have to learn to do about every topic from now on. It is not possible to outlaw the internet from liars or the mentally ill. They will do what they will do. We will have to learn how to find credible cites that we can research facts and reject all the other noise coming at us.

I recently learned how to find science studies on Nutrition. That is one subject that everyone thinks they are expert on and the majority of their claims have no science to back it.

Using sites like Harvard Medical School one can determine what science has proven and has not proved about vitamin supplements and whether you need to take any. It is amazing how simple the truth really is. I ended up with three vitamins I need to take that I am probably not getting enough of from just eating a variety of foods and that have a significant amount of scientific studies over the decades to confirm the truth about what they do and how I will benefit. All the rest of the flood of claims made by nutritionists is total wishful thinking. No science and not even any personal experience proof. They just take them and claim they are doing things for them that they have not a shred of proof that they are doing for them. It is so stupid.

Oh, and I did learn that there is scientific proof adding up as each new study is done to prove that combining supplements and getting too much vitamins that are not passed out in urine but stored up has adverse effects on health. So while many claims are being made by product dealers the facts are that people are taking too much stuff that is not helping them but hurting them and they don't even know it. So stupid. Get the facts from scientific studies not from packaging and design artists. They do not have to prove their claims on these packages. There are a few claims they cannot make but they just go around those and claim a bunch of things that are not regulated by law. Don't believe any of it until you look it up on cites like Harvard Medical School or FDA, or links you can find from these types of cites that host science data on your questions.

I hate ignorance. I do not hate the ignorant. There is a difference.

Think about these FACTS.

"Previously, the mumps vaccine was the quickest to have ever been developed, according to National Geographic. And that took four years, from collecting viral samples to licensing the drug in 1967. For what it’s worth, it was originally estimated that it might take 12-18 months to create a coronavirus vaccine, though it was closer to about nine months.

Typically, vaccines take as long as 10-15 years to develop, according to the History of Vaccines. Researchers have to employ three phases to create one, beginning with testing animals before slowly moving to testing on people. Development takes so long because researchers have to wait for thousands of healthy people to contract a virus and then volunteer to get the vaccine—unless they use ethically questionable human challenge trials. In a human challenge trial, people voluntarily get infected with a virus so they can test out the vaccine."

We now have at least FIVE "vaccines" that are being experimented on the general populace.

NONE of the "vaccines" have received FDA approval. NONE have gone through ALL the various testing trials.

They have only been approved for "EMERGENCY USE". This designation is supposed to be for if the situation is soooo dire that people are literally dying in the street. Ya know, like the bubonic plague.

Not for a respiratory illness that 99.98% will survive under age 75, and not much worse for those older.

I made that post a while ago... I was probably referring to the hundreds of deaths reported to VAERS.
Apparently, only 1% of adverse reactions get reported to VAERS so who knows what the real tally is...

Perhaps we should look at Isreal seeing they have led the way in vaxing their population...

What about this.....

The vaccines from Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna both rely on messenger RNA. MRNA vaccines contain a genetic code that trains the immune system to recognize the spike protein on the surface of the virus to generate an immune response.

Due to the urgent need for a vaccine in a surging pandemic, Pfizer and Moderna were given approval to simultaneously test their vaccines on animals while they were conducting Phase 1 trials on humans. The vaccines were tested on mice and macaques.

“They overlapped preclinical studies with the early phases of the trials,” said Dr. William Moss, executive director for the International Vaccine Access Center at Johns Hopkins University. “In fact one of the reasons we are even talking about vaccines now just 10 months later is that some of the phases in which vaccine development normally occurs were overlapped rather than done sequentially.”
