Yeah, I bet that really confuses a lot of people. I know how flippant it sounds, but you actually have to understand that Politics is just a book by Aristotle. Funnily enough, the people who came up with "political correctness" had absolutely nothing to do with that form of government. They weren't even republicans, and I don't know how much Greek you've read, but if you ever get deep, you'll find out that republicanism itself is very non-Aristotelian and (OMG! I'm a genius I figured this out) not politically correct.
I use the term political correctness in its modern usage, likewise politics.

No believer will submit or bow down to worship then take the mark. Is it not written "All the inhabitants of the earth will fall down and worship him, everyone whose name has not been written since the foundation of the world in the Book of Life of the Lamb who has been slain [as a willing sacrifice]."

Can't speculate here it means exactly what He said. No one can take the mark without worshiping the beast first. No worship you die. You worship with out the mark your lost forever. Yet no believer should ever have any fear.
