It is sad and disgusting. What has happened to the "Grand old Party"?
You mean the grand old Uniparty of Communism? Democrat party 100% infiltrated by Communists, with the Republican party 85% infiltrated by the same? Hopefully, the end of these sick and dishonest people is nigh.

1) residential investment dropping 26.7 percent!
2) home affordability has fallen to the lowest level in that metric’s history!
3) drop in real disposable income fell over $1 trillion in 2022s, this is the second-largest percentage drop in real disposable income ever, behind only 1932, the worst year of the Great Depression
These are ALL due to the republican policy of taking resources from the general population to line the pockets of the rich few.

You can't spend 40 years ransacking workers pay and benefits and then complain that workers have no money!

A perfect example of republican hypocrisy!

your party supports gay and trans non-sesnse.

your party supports gender change surgery for kids, and drag queen story time for kids.

your party is anti-Christian.

go find a mirror and look in it.
True true true.

But the answer to that is NOT mammon worship, cheating workers, abandoning the poor sick and foreign, and embracing lies and hypocrisy.

The sad fact is that BOTH parties are to blame for the downfall of this once great country.

And until people wise up that choosing to support this evil over that evil IS STILL CHOOSING EVIL, there will be no hope for change. Or this country.

I think you should weep over your own party... the data does not lie. They are done. Their woke policies are destroying the country and the economy is headed towards a deeper recession than 2008. Their irresponsible policies will not be forgotten by the electorate.

The USA cannot even fight a real war let alone win it.....far too much debt.

BTW....few people realize that the main feature of a central bank and infinite credit/money printing is the ability to engage in INFINITE WARS. Wars that the rest of the world pays for amazingly. Britian basically did the same thing with their Bank of England, founded in 1694. Brittania became the world power primarily through this infinite war chest phenomenon.

And who runs up the most debt?

It's those republicans passing tax cuts for the rich.

They only care about the deficit when the dumbocrats are in power.

They both love blowing other peoples money buddy.
In fact if you care to notice, that is the main occupation of congress and the Treasury.

You had better be prepared for the worst. This house of cards and credit Ponzi is on its last leg.

You are talking in recent times about the GORP(Grand Old Rino Party) that has acquiesced to an insane liberal agenda that has the economy on the brink of collapse, the moral estate of the nation at its lowest point ever, and has us positioned geopolitically on the brink of another World War. They are just as guilty as any liberal for the sad state of affairs.
Were you born an optimist it did you just grow into it? LOL!!!

Not according to your post #97.
Post 97 just enumerated our present condition. It doesn't suggest my optimism or lack thereof. Unlike most, I don't think we are anywhere close to the end.

I am an optimist. Despite our present conditions, we remain only prayers away from deliverance.
Deliverance from what exactly? The national debt? Endless war? What?

I never said it wasn't. What I was implying is that it doesn't have to be this way. God can change it anytime He chooses. One way that might lead to Him changing it is prayer.

You do realize that the Capital building itself was utilized for Church congregation meetings right? By more or less Godly government officials.

How about nowadays? Not so much. Anyways.....your country is falling apart, inexorably facing it's inevitable prophesied judgement along with the other nations. And Israel as well BTW.

Y'all ought to crank open that Bible of yours and actually acquaint yourself with prophecy......rather than avoid it like it was the plague.

"In its early days, the Capitol building was actually used for religious services in addition to governmental functions, with Sunday church services regularly held until after the Civil War. According to the Library of Congress exhibit "Religion and the Founding of the American Republic" "It is no exaggeration to say that on Sundays in Washington during the administrations of Thomas Jefferson (1801-1809) and of James Madison (1809-1817) the state became a church. Within a year of his inauguration, Jefferson began attending church services in the House of Representatives. Madison followed Jefferson's example, although unlike Jefferson, who rode on horseback to church in the Capitol, Madison came in a coach and four. Worship services in the House were acceptable to Jefferson because they were nondiscriminatory and voluntary. Preachers of every Protestant denomination appeared. (Catholic priests began officiating in 1826.)""
