The only problem with this Russian talking point is you know, Ukraine isn't even part of NATO. Also the USA actually never agreed to not expand NATO in any official document that I know of. The claim with Bush is he was of that attitude and may or may not have told Gorbachev this, but nevertheless, nothing signed nor agreed to. Which frankly is even a moot point because the USA can't even unilaterally make the decision to restrict, kick out, or add anyone to NATO since NATO has their own rules and process for membership that takes all the countries in it to vote on it.

No it's not a civil war because Ukraine has been its own sovereign independent nation as everyone knows and wicked Russia invaded them for hubris and lies.

It's to all the weak who fight the strong. Oh house of Israel, God strengthens the good nations and utterly destroys the ones that are wicked.
