Why do I ask? Because one of those guys needs fashion advice. The other one needs fashion advice. So I had to know which was which! :p

I use the Ricotta in the sauce. It helps to keep it thicker, and not runny. I hate runny sauces. I also tend to use a lot of other cheeses as well, especially mozzarella.

Um, there is a post similar to this already in the Misc. Forums.
 
I use a mixture of cheeses in mine. I go to the cheese aisle and pick out 2 or 3 that look good to me. I usually end up using almost all of it, so it comes out really cheesy!! (kinda like my jokes, but that's a different thread altogether. :p)
