Disney stinks. It is plain evil and makes witchcraft look like a fun, for starters. You want to support them? I won't.
... wow.

I am really looking forward to watch the new Monster Inc Movie as the original is one of my favourite disney movies. i think i prefer disney pixar more than regular disney. i watched all the toy storys etc. toy story 1 is by far better than 2 and 3. i have feeling it will be same with monster inc but i am looking forward to watch it still.
what disney movies did you watch when you was younger that you want to see a sequel about? bugs life 2?? or???
discuss everything disney
I'm a huge Disney/Pixar fan. I've seen all of the old animated Disney movies. My favorites are The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, The Lion King, Lady and the Tramp, and Cinderella. But, I do love them all.

I also love all the Pixar films, my favorite has to be The Incredibles, which deserves a sequel! As much as I am looking forward to sequels to Finding Nemo and Monsters, Inc., I would have preferred for The Incredibles to get a sequel first.

I'm also a big Disney World fan, I love when I get to go, so much fun!

I understand you're kidding, but what does any of that have to do with this thread?
Fenner, this thread is about conspiracy theories. The Luminati or Freemasons or whatever owning Disney and trying to corrupt the world's children is not about conspiracy theorists? It seems like the whole Christian world is becoming about this type of thing. I would think people would realize this is how horrors like the Salem witch trials came about. Christianity is going to lose all credibility if this silliness gets any worse. And who would like that very much? The enemy, that's who.

Threads are going to get hijacked, heck I do it myself. And just because someone presents an opposing viewpoint it doesn't mean they are arguing or a lunatic; those lay in the demeanor of the discussion and yes that does get lost in these threads. I second the put on your big boy pants and join us in the non-whining lounge.

And giggity-giggity is entirely inappropriate for this venue.

As for Disney, it's like the Christmas tree / Easter rabbit / pot o' gold at the end of the rainbow. Yes it's origins are highly suspect (in that 90% of the media are controlled at their root by the rulers of this world). But it's what lies in the heart of the consumer. If you enjoy the wholesome values presented then good on you; if you worship them then bad; and if you see the evil underpinnings and they trip you up then don't partake. And yes it is appropriate to express your reservations but don't demand or expect others immediately bow to your command.

Whew.

OK, Disney favorites! How 'bout it I'll re-rail a thread for once! :)

I am partial to Cars, and can't wait to see Planes. Other than that, my fondest Disney remembrances were watching Annette Funicello and the Mousketeers. Man am I old!

If you are a Christian, do you seriously think it is appropriate to call people names? Think about the GOLDEN RULE: Treat others the way you would like others to treat you! As well as....What Would Jesus Do? Do you think Jesus stands back and calls people names? I must agree with the person that called this behavior rude, it is and it is not a christ-like thing for a Christian to be doing. Please stop and think before you say such things, I am sure you would not like it if someone called you that? I don't know if you are aware, but when you say such things, it reveals to everyone your true character and what lies in your heart.
I don't get it. I didn't see him say anything rude. Conspiracy theorists can definitely be a bunch of lunatics. You think lunatic a bad, "unChristlike" name? Jesus called people names all the time. He called the Pharisees a herd of jackals among a bunch of other things. Saying a type of person is a lunatic is pretty straight forward, just stating a fact when it comes to most conspiracy theorists. What I want to call you is a cry baby, but... I won't.

Thanks for your input, much appreciated. It also helps to prove what I said in the rest of my comment. :) Bless you

I like Disney Pixar as well. WALL-E, The Incredibles, Up, etc. I like them. Just because something has spells and other stuff does not mean it is promoting witchcraft. So I am guessing that some want these movies to have a disclaimer saying that, "Disclaimer: This does not promote witchcraft." I watched some of the Aladdin movie too it was too long ago. The Lion King I liked too. A lot or some of these movies you can use to start up spiritual conversations and understand some worldviews.

Instead of calling people lunatics (which is pretty rude) why don't you actually do the research yourself and have a little discernment and understanding. You do realise that satan is the current ruler of this world right? You do realise he will use the most innocent looking things to deceive and destroy a child's faith in Jesus right? It's not that far fetched.
Yes yes sure everything in this world is controlled by Satan and only exists to turn us away fromg God so we should all crawl into little bible bubbles and ignore everything else thats out there, because heaven forbid it may be a plot for our destruction. OR...you just give Satan way too much credit and are way to ready to point out demons where non exist.

If you are a Christian, do you seriously think it is appropriate to call people names? Think about the GOLDEN RULE: Treat others the way you would like others to treat you!
If I ever post something of equal lunacy I hope people will call me out on it as well. So I am following the golden rule.

I don't hide in a bible bubble.....I hide under the wings of the lord Jesus and am not ashamed to say so because I know i can't stand on my own and lean upon my own understandings. These are dangerous times were the blind lead the blind and it is absolutely necessary to do so.

You DO have to give satan credit, as of right now he is the smartest being on the planet and has perfected his deceptive skills for about 6,000 years now. Only by the lord Jesus we can stand against him, satan wants you to be dismissive of him, he wants you to think he is completely powerless over you so that you're even more vulnerable and unaware.

It's about Disney Movies, not conspiracy theories. The op of this thread was discussing Disney movies.

What's really confusing me about this thread is that the OP wants to talk about favorite Disney movies, but the poll asks if Disney is evil...

Uh...

With a poll question like that, no wonder the thread's "topic" got derailed.

Ah, so that explains it... I didn't even realize there was a poll. I thought it was just about Disney movies and stuff. Oops.

i don't really like sequels. i tend to be disappointed because its kind of predictable.

I watch more cartoons and kids movies than most other programing :)

For the most part I like Disney. It reflects the beliefs of the world.

like a sanitized version of Grimm's fairy tales. the originals are kind of spooky.

i like the music and the artistic vision/animation/ drawing
